I thought so. Fire > Wood > Earth > Water ... I know at least Lost Kingdom (GCN) used that setup.
But if we ARE using Pokemon as the baseline, I can kinda see where you're coming from.
Now, to associate the Elements with pokemon types. May I suggest these:
Water Element = Water, Ice, Poison
Wind Element = Flying, Electric, Bug
Earth Element = Ground, Rock, Grass
Fire Element = Fire, Steel, Dragon
Light Element = Normal, Psychic, Shadow
Dark Element = Ghost, Dark, Shadow
(Leaving Fighting as non-elemental)

Yeah, I was thinking of that too while making the elements and ruling/dominated.
And I'm thinking that certain Magic boosts only the types it's associated with. Or something like that.

Care to elaborate on that last bit? My current line of thought is based on the last post of the Comments thread.
In other Class-related discussion, I hope someone else makes the Snagger missions. I'm interested in that one, and I hate doing my own missions.
And in non-Pokemon discussion, could I get the Friend Code of Thunder for PS0?

I want to make the Snagger missions, but I'm at a loss. I kinda want to do an Orre type storyline but make it real good.
I'm explain it better later in the Grimore. I'm still forming the idea in my own head. Haha.

Stuff like that happens sometimes. It's possible they left an hour ago without signing out. Then Gaia logged them out just now, which coincidentally was right after you sent the PM. In that case they'll see it next time they log in.
