As I get back to Konoha I see that kakashi left as I walk around pissed off that I can't leanr any other moves Asuma walks up to me and ask's if I am neoshin uchiha as I say yes happy in my face he drags me to the field as he tell's me I have to learn this techniuqe as he gives me some brass knuckles with a blade extended at the end I ask what they are as he says they are his secret weapon against unworthy opponent's he tells me that this move is very usefull for a taijutsu specialist as myself to use against a un experienced opponent or good for a surrprise attack as he sees a target in sight he tells me to watch carfully as he concentrates on the target I turn on my shairngan as I get ready to see what he does

As I get to the target about 3 seconds after asuma did I hit the taget with a good slash to the side as I see the cut sucessfully hit I go out again in a blur of speed as I use my chakra to move faster with my weigts on I come back at it again about 2 seconds after asuma did hitting it again as I get into the air I go at it like crazy matching his speed in the air but landing on the groun after the target did barley missing my chance to show him my speed with these things on as he smiled "It's ok kid, you'll get faster soon, no problem, now it's time for the second move of the flying swallow, the kill shot..."

As Asuma looks at another target he runs at it at his normal speed going my speed with the weight's on he get to the target swinging his blade at the target's top half as he misses the target completely he goes pass it as I look at him confused I see the targets top half break off perfectly as Asuma turns around I can see a big strip of chakra come down from the blade as I see the attack land perfectly I smile as that was the coolest thing i've every seen as I ask him how he did it "It's simple, all you have to do is focus out chakra and then concentrate it to the tip of the blade and keep it there with all your might as you can hit an opponent from far away at most 2 ft away from you...now go for it kid." he gives me a thumbs up as I go out there again for the next shot

ok shino rock lee said leaning over shino smileing next is a 1000 kicks. shinos mouth droped as open as it could go with out dislocateing his jaw. what the heck! rock lee sensai are you tryin to kill me!!!!?no im tryin to open your mussles to your undieing youth. what the heck are you talking about sensai. rock lee with a mussle poping from his head said GET TO WORK! YES SENSAI ! i said turning around and getting to it so i didnt get my punched off . so this would be alttle difficult i said to myself. o god om gonna die from exsustion. ok here we go . err. blam blam whack smack boom. here we go. 50....100...150...200 what was diffrent with this time was that my mussles were more relaxed when i was doing that which was easyer to move my feet faster stronger better! this would deffinetly be easier 350....400....450....500
but if that wasnt enough just to have my mussles eased i was pulling off some kicks that i had never done before my body wouldnt have let me before this it was awsome ! but back to my count 650.....700......750......800. i was getting close it was almost exsilartateing to learn this technique . but i wasn't done yet my body was starting to get a little weak and i figured even though this is a great way to keep you going it wouldn't last forever i guess thats how everything is but i kept going 850...900...950...1000! i was done but i dont know why but i felll over tiered and brethed hard. well done shino well done i smiled slightly

"Follow my motions carefully. We are going to start with the Strong Fist Style, first." Lee spoke as he looking at Sage start to nod slightly. Lee then begining to move and punching out while at the same time watching Sage fallowed along through the moves, almost perfectly for a first time. "Very good, keep it up. We are going to start slow and then start moving faster."

Sage nodded, following his motions, moving slowly with him, doing each motion, allowing Lee to correct her when needed. Her focus was strong, attempting to do it flawless. Sage's eyes narrowed sight when compaired to Lee's, she was starting to get a handle on the style.

Sage continued working through the motions while she was concentrating and following Lee, who nodded slightly at her. The motions were becoming more fluent as she contunied working through the diffrent moves in the same patern, almost as if it was a dance. Her motions soon became identical to Lee's, following them exactly. She left no room for error, carefully using memory to follow Lee's motions, relying less on sight.

Lee noticed that she was not watching him as much as when she started and says, "Keep going Sage just like that."

Sage could feel the power of her strikes. She was able to punch much harder than she every thought. Sage's body was adjusting to the motions easily.

Sage continued to follow along with Lee as he moved faster. The sweat started dripping from her face as her punches and kicks flowing smoothly off, while perfectly mimicing Lees motions. The moves were now burned into her memory as her strength naturaly begining to sink in with each move.

Lee watched as Sage followed him perfectly.

Sage did a round house kick near Lee's face as she followed through the motions she had learned. She continued to use the Strong Fist style, not allowing herself to faulter while she was focusing hard to get the moves perfect while still attempting to strike Lee, with all her might. Sage was not having little luck, but she keep threwing her attacks while uses her full force to speeding up. As she moved more while attempting to hit Lee, her speed increasing like when she she was practicing.

Lee smiled slightly while saying, "You are doing very well you are just about done Sage."
