She layed her head sideways in her arms on the counter again. " Really though, I wouldn't mind helping. It could be fun... and educational."

Jet mulled over his dark past. It no longer served any purpose to question why he, of all people, had suffered such agony, and yet he couldn't help but feel the hatred inside him grow and burn, for no one deserved to forego such madness. After several long minutes of silence, Jet was overcome by familiar urge to sing. He sang of feeling, a slow song, mournful and full of sorrow; it seemed to fit his mood just fine.

Os iusti meditabitur sapientiam
Et lingua eius loquetur iudicium....
Beatus vir qui suffert tentationem
Quoniam c** probatus fuerit accipiet coronam vitae
Kyrie, Ignis Divine, Eleison....
O quam sancta...quam serena...quam benigna...
Quam amoena, O castitatis lilium...

She just listened to him sing the meloncholy song. There didn't seem to be much she could do, though she wanted to help. Apparantly she didn't relize how much all that work ment to Jet. The song made it very clear how he felt. Even though the song was a sad one, it almost lulled her back to sleep, as most lullabys were slow and full of feeling.

"The offer is a kind one, but the research is very personal. My past....my past is dark, sadistic, unforgiving...I've gone through more torture in 1 year than any man should go in one lifetime, and I've seen and committed unspeakable acts of horror...the research could lead to ways for me to exact my revenge and make ammends for my sins. I must see this through and bear the weight alone."

"Well... understood. Just don't put to much weight on yourself.. sometimes you need to even it out." She yawned one final time and fell back alseep.

A shining red light broke through the bleak darkness in a backend corner of the room, a pair of narrowed crimson eyes identified themselves as the source of the light and as the figure moved itself it revealed the source of the eyes. Yawgmoth, who's tall form surveyed his surroundings with a great detail. Too much boredom. Nothing to do. Same old story. He watched Alanna fall to her sleep and then eyed the other man without so much as a word.

[[Goodnight]]

Jet quetly watched Alanna sleep. Who was this enchanting woman? Kind as she was, Jet couldn't help but feel a strange air about her...he reconized it as the air of death...a chill went down his spine, and he perished the thought. Lying down on one of the sofas, he began to drift into sleep. "Alanna...Zolo...what interesting characters there are in this world...it's hard to imagine something like myself can exist..." he murmered, and with that he was out.

"Well damn.." Yawgmoth muttered watching the man fall asleep with a smirk. No entertainment here. Away he went. The dark lord strode down the stone stairwell into the dungeon of mistress crow for the night.

Sensing a powerful presence, Jet jerked up. "What the hell did I just feel...?" he muttered, and looked around the room. But the presence was gone as quickly as it came. Unnerved, he decided it wouldn't be wise to sleep in a public place, and he turned on his back to stare at the rafters. Clutching his unnamed sword by the scabbard, his thoughts wandered from one thing to another, until eventually the thoughts and visions of that dreadful night came haunting him. Shaking his head, he got up and walked to the bar, pouring himself some more sake.

An echoing laughter came back through the room. A deep resounding voice it came from. The same two lights shining through, this time from the stone stairwell. Yawgmoth had been about halfway down when he heard the man wake up. "We don't know how the girl stays asleep to be honest....this place is just a racket. And with us walking around trying to start trouble. Alanna picked a very very bad spot to sleep in tonight.."

"Indeed. One thing strikes me odd, though. Whenever I'm near her, I feel as if there are corpses nearby..." he said, continuing to drink his sake. "I dunno about you, but I'm about bored right now."
PostPosted: Sat Apr 08, 2006 8:35 pm

"There are no corpses by...we haven't found anyone to kill for there to be any." Yawgmoth's figure came into a better view. He stood somewhere between 6'6'' and 6'8'' though it was unclear from his lean. His stature was thick and muscled. Shorter cut fire red hair laid lazily and uncombed atop his forehead. His skin was smooth looking and a darker tan color. His eyes from the iris into the pupil had a glow of crimson red. "Boredom....doesn't even begin to describe it" he said solemnly. It'd been at least a month and a half now of wondering around the RDS doing nothing. And every second it kept on it drove him into a more crazed 'must have something now' state of mind.

"I'll have to ask her about that later. Just who is she, and where does she come from?" he said. "For that matter, I'm not sure we've been properly introduced. By your appearance and the way you carry yourself, I'd say you're the infamous Lord Yawgmoth. Well, just how 'scared' should I be?" he said, smirking. It probably wasn't wise to tease a total stranger, but it wasn't as if there was much else to do.
PostPosted: Sat Apr 08, 2006 8:45 pm

"Even we don't know where Alanna comes from or much about her other then what we have discovered through conversation." he said crossing his arms over his great broad chest. "We are indeed Lord Yawgmoth, was it the attitude, the voice, the look or the way we talk differently? Whereas you say I to discuss yourself we say we because we are two. Or perhaps it was all of that combined that lead you onto us. How scared should you be you ask? Full of dread we'd think. You're an able bodied young man who just happened to stumble onto a dark lord looking for a fight and bored out of his mind. This situation doesn't look good for you we're afraid.."

Lady Crimson of Tudor

PostPosted: Sat Apr 08, 2006 8:51 pm

In a whisp of darkness, Crimson appeared not to far from the men. She wore black lace that dangled over her gentle figure, the dark colours making her pale yet beautiful skin glow within the dim lighted room. She took two steps closer, her over the knee leather boots clicking upon the floor.
"So scared that he'd ******** your brains out with one thrust." She spoke answering the boy's question, her voice darker and even move seductive before as she was in a deep state of blood lust. Any immortal would notice a vampyre in blood lust, but Crimson was more than just a stranger vamp, she herself was embraced by a vampyric lord and soon to be a princess.
Her dark red hair danced softly over her bare shoulders while her vampyric lusting eyes never once left Yawgmoth's as she spoke.
