Mom's old roommate was PISSED, when the Magistrate didn't give me any punishment.
...if anything, the person who DID that should go to jail/be punished.
I didn't know WHAT to expect.
At the Pre Trial, I was told that I could go to Juvy for 90 days at the max.
But the Magistrate did ask me if I wanted to press charges on validation of Child Abuse and Neglect. I refused it, and when she asked me why I told "Filing charges against her, would mean I'd have to meet her later on... and honestly, I just want to forget she ever existed." She asked me like five times if I was sure, and then my public defender asked me, and so did my Mom, if I was sure, I didn't want to press charges. But I was adamant.
But it's fine, because I'm out of that environment, and for the first time in never, I'm happy. ^-^
Anyway, I'm off to bed... because I slept three hours last night...

And people wonder why I have a psychologist.
And had anger issues...
. . . And self esteem issues...
. . .
And depression.
=/
Beside's I believe in karma; and because I didn't want to ever see her again; somewhere down the line she's going to get what's coming to her.
And that's good enough for me.

I'm amused because I TOTALLY KICKED a** IN COURT AND WON!!!
I'm angry, because on my way home, this guy asked me for my name, number, how old I was, and where I lived. I looked up at him and said "I'm jailbait." You know... thinking that he would leave me alone... but then he asked when I was turning 18. *facepalms*
I did not justify this question with a response.
But back to what I was saying. I WON THE CASE!!! All right! I knew you could do it shira! biggrin

Honestly, I kept what you guys had told me, in mind. I was still nervous because, she was in the room, but the lawyer pulled me aside before the trial (because he knew the story) and told me, "Under no circumstance's are you're eyes allowed to leave my face, or you're mothers." That helped quiet a lot.
Also, I didn't stutter, and used as many small words as possible to get the point across; and not have somebody find a loophole in my words. That worked too.

Awww,alrighty........Will wait until they open it back up then Umm panthers, You already have a custom clan, so Why do you want to make your own bloodline? Especially when your clan kinda uses bloodlineish powers, and said clan is already so awesome. Awww,Gregar Gregar my dear friend........The bloodline limit that I'm going to have for the Naga Clan......well......It's rather interesting. Especially since so few will get it unlike the other clans. So it'll definately be a rare bloodline in it's own right rolleyes twisted Yea, thats kind of the thing, you cant have a bloodline AND a clan..... Yet! I'm sure one of these days someone will allow it. Since they are two diffrent things. n.n And once that happens,I'll envelope the Naga Clan's bloodline. 3nodding

No... the guy asked me down the street at Speedway. I went to go get a slushie because it's like 80 degrees outside.
I think he was in his mid to late 20's.
Which just makes it all gross and even more wrong
