'Noblesse' is the series, Haruhi. ^_^ The reason I like it so much is that it's set in the real world with real world consequences to the actions that each character takes. Even so much as introducing ramen to the diet of a 'vampire' has long reaching after effects. I've heard of the Record, but not read past a few chapters yet, & it has been quite a while. Shall have to peruse it some more in the future~~

Why does every series these days have a freaking vampire in it?

AOE: Do so! The complexities and twists of the plot are rather intriguing. It might not cover dietary effects, but it's just flabbergasting. xD

@AandOE: I was referencing his facial expression, where it looked like he was saying "b***h say what?" And vampires are fictional beings, so if they are made to sparkle, then vampires can surely sparkle. I don't agree with it because I have my own bias as to what vampires are, but who am I to argue what fictional beings should be and what they shouldn't be?

True, Dhaku. Vamps haven't had a new radical change in them since the early interpretations.
Vampires are fun... Naruto has a type of vampire too. ^_^;

Haruhi000777 Why does every series these days have a freaking vampire in it? A completely radical overreaction, but it's because vampires are among the most popular of supernatural humanoid creatures (the other three being witches, werewolves (or other anthro-morphic humanoids), and Xiang shi/zombies). xD

Vampires are fun... Naruto has a type of vampire too. ^_^; Vampires themselves are tired and old - a mechanic that is used to give some work "an edge". How the vampires are used, however, is what makes the work - and, indeed, the mechanic - an interesting and or exciting edge. Although, I do miss the days when vampires were just murdering machines who would sooner rip your throat out than form a lovey-dovey relationship with you.

Naruto also has werewolves, were-beasts, zombies, elementals, spiritual beings, and highly intelligent, self-aware animals. We haven't met any gods or goddesses yet in a physical form, but just give it time! XD I take it all with a grain of salt, & then exploit it later.
