I never was good at making quest threads. I got a lot of donations when I was new, but now that I'm an older member, no one gives me anything. It just became a pain in the a** to bump all the time. You might be better off selling things in the mini shops forum.
*Is glad she got 2 staff-o-angels when they were new*

I had thought that any major event should extend at least one day into a weekend, just to cover most bases. I imagine there are plenty of users who just can't be online that much during the week, especially now that we're back into the school year for the US.

Sigh. I want to play FFXII simply because I'm so craving a new RPG. But it really doesn't impress me from what I've seen and heard of it, and I can't help but mock all of the character's clothes.
Can someone who's played this game PLEASE explain something to me. Now, Balthier is the best dressed of the main characters in my opinion. He doesn't have any senseless, unneccsairy parts to his outfit, everything matches, and he's just plain stylishly dressed. Except for one thing. What the HELL is up with the fruity rainbow rings and bracelets on his left hand?!

LOOK AT THEM. What the hell?! He's got this great cream & copper look going for the entire rest of his outfit, but then he has gaymo rainbows all over his hand. They don't match at all. There are no rainbows on the rest of his outfit. WHY are they there?
Is there an official explination for the fruity rainbow accessories in the story? Are they magical? Are they a gift from some 3 year old child? Or are they just there to remind us that we're playing a Final Fantasy game? Someone please answer this for me.
In related rants, Ashe's skirt looks like it's made of plastic, and dyes that bright pink don't exist in nature. So either that half-assed excuse for a skirt is also magical, or someone manufactures plastics and chemical dyes for royal clothing.
Vaan's is the best. Ivalce is supposed to have a hot climate, which was the developers excuse for giving Ashe revealing clothing. So WHY, I ask, does Vaan wear a metal vest without a shirt underneath? The metal would become incredibly hot in the sunlight, to the point where it would start to fry his nipples.
I already have evidence that Vaan's nipples have indeed been fried. Exibit B:

I don't understand why else they would "blur out" the nipples on a detailed, realistic 3D model. It couldn't be censorship, since Kingdom Hearts, a Disney game no less, shows Sora with visible, well defined nipples.

Very nice nipples. Sometimes I wish I could pinch them. But then I remind myself that if he was real, he'd be 15 and I'd be 21. Okay I'm shutting up now.
My point is that Final Fantasy characters dress silly.

I am so sad that trick or treating is over. sad I did manage to snag the last few items I missed on the Marketplace, but I can't afford the Jack'd Hat, and that's the awesomest piece. (Hence, I suppose, the priceyness of it.)

They really never explain. Basch also has some rainbow stuff in his outfit too. Maybe it just goes to show that they are all very comfortable with their sexuality. *shrugs*

Maybe the mad rush will blow over and the prices will drop. :3 I remember the Holy and Bull Sheets were about 9k a pop just after last Halloween, weren't they? Now you can pick them up for about a third of that price.
Of course the Jack'd Hat looks to be more popular than the dusty old sheets...but still.
