A very loud BOOM is heard inside HQ. The aftershock causes the structure to shake and Lavitar's snow globes to fall off their shelf and bounce on the floor. (Open ended RP starter)

Rex heard the boom, startled by it. "What the?" Rex said. "Umm, Thard, anyone?" Rex looked towards his Port-a-bubble. He may be needing it.

"Hio? Anyone here?" I wander around, looking for signs of life.
...
I don't see anyone around, but I do notice signs of some kind of shock to HQ. I decide to check for structural damage.

Rex and Corphish were on the beach, doing some rigorous training. Corphish was attempting to break a small-ish boulder with a Bubblebeam. Rex was continuely punching a tree. "We. Will. Rank-Up." Rex panted. Some of Rex's other Pokemon were training too. For example, Spearow was breaking coconuts that were catapulted into the air by a makeshift catapult Rex had made. Scraggy was manning it, constantly working as he had to hold down the catapult and load the coconuts.

Ariel walks into the HQ. "Anyone here," she questioned.
................... Alas, there was nothing except for the silence.
"Oh, well. I guess I'll come back another day." And Ariel disappeared into the halls.

Kipper and Rex walked into the common room, dragging an unconscious Shaydas behind them. The two Pokemon dragged the Lucario all the way from one of the lower floors. Dusk strolled in after them, sipping a bottle of lemonade. She waved at Rex before sitting on the floor near the wall. Kipper and Rex dropped Shaydas in front of the other Aquan with a look of indifference on their faces.

"What happened this time guys?" Rex sighed. He looked at the limp Lucario and shook his head.

Kipper looked from Rex to Rex, then splashed a mouthful of water on Shaydas. The Lucario twitched, then looked up. "Hi, Rex!" he said blearily. "What round is it?"

Shaydas raised a finger and opened his mouth, then stopped, completely at a loss of words. "Ya know," he said thoughtfully. "I don't remember. Last I recall, I was in Castelia City, getting an ice cream. Next minute, somebody's Machamp decks me and I wake up here." Dusk looked over at Shaydas and glared as well as a Ralts can at him.

"No," Shaydas replied slowly. He looked at himself for a second. He had none of his stuff on. "Well... I had it on when that happened," he said curiously. Dusk threw Shaydas' necklace at him, striking the Lucario squarely in the face. The ball opened and Shaydas disappeared. Kipper looked down at the Ultra Ball and poked it a few times.
