Maddy walked in through the teleporter, laptop in hand, as usual. Her whole body was covered in cuts and scratches of various lengths and depths. She sat on the ceiling and opened her laptop, waiting for it to boot.
"Anyone around?" She called out.

Rex walked in with his new and improved Spearow standing on his shoulder. "Oh, hey Maddy." Rex said, looking over at her.

So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed
Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? Maddy looked down at Rex, past her laptop screen. She was unsure how long she had been sitting her playing her game.
"Hey, Rex." She greeted. "How are you?"So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
Will all our sins be justified?

Rex nodded. "Good, you?" He asked. The blue and black bird Pokemon flew up to see what Maddy was doing on her laptop.
"Row?" Spearow asked, very interested in what she was doing.

Rex's Spearow could now see that she was playing an emulated version of Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?

She turned off her laptop (not without saving her game, of course razz ) and teleported it away. She stretched and yawned.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?

Apparently, Rex's Spearow was attracted to shiny and bright things. Including fire. Because once again, Spearow flew up next to Maddy once more, ready to play.

Maddy randomly stuffed the flame in her mouth and swallowed. She coughed up a few puffs of black smoke but that was about it.
"Huh... That felt funny."
She conjured up another ball, but this time made it take the form of a small dragon (asian lung style) and watched as it flew around the room, breathing small wisps of black smoke.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
