It is in my knee's and wrist the worst so heating pads don't really work that well but my boyfriend has this gel which has wolves bane in it which actually helps a lot, that and 800mg of ibuprofen, there have been times though when I have to take something stronger because it gets so bad.

I have to go, official matters and all that. I can't tell you what it is because if I did I'd have to beat you to death with a frying pan. TTFN

Well, whatever you do don't take Ambien (spelling?) with pain medication... they are now saying that is what probably killed Heath Ledger. A friend of mine let me take one of hers once and I nearly killed myself trying to drive home from her house less than a ten minute drive away!

Oh you don't have to tell me that. I was on Ambien many years ago when it was still Ambien and not Ambien CR or whatever they have now and I talked to my ceiling and got addicted to it and took it while I was in school. The seat underneath me was breathing and for some reason I thought it was a good idea to use a sharpie pen as eyeliner......Wierd friggin day. And I'll never touch the stuff again.

My friend who takes it says she gets the same way but sleeps well enough once she falls asleep that she doesn't care if she acts like a fruit cake until she falls asleep. To each there own as long as they don't harm others... I guess.

I was stupid back then, only way to harm someone is if you drive while on it and bash into someone. Other than that, it made me want to hurt my ceiling only, that ceiling was talking major s**t and was getting scolded. lol It helped once I fell asleep, but it made me so crazy I didn't fall asleep.....

I'm going to go try to put my daughter down for a nap, she is yawning so maybe I'll get lucky. If I'm not back soon you can assume I've managed to get her to sleep, headed to bed, and am catching Zzzs for all of us!

aww.. Looks like I missed everyone this morning.. I have to go get my eldest off the bus here shortly.. but I'll be around..
As for the ambien topic that I just missed.. My doc just gave me a perscription for it and it doesn't seem to do squat for me.. It's only the 10mg though so maybe thats why? I don't know if that stuff goes up in dosage or not.. I was hoping it would work because it's supposed to be the least addictive stuff out there.. but I guess next week we'll see what he perscribes..
