Sometimes, when I'm sitting in my bedroom...
All ALONE... in the DARK...
I sometimes look up at the stars and wish I was them.
All ALONE... but in plain SIGHT...
But then I think of something...
.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.Sami's lips quirked. "Oh, Laura, before you go, there's one little thing you should know," she called, walking up to the younger woman. She smirked, leaning over to whisper into the other's ear, her voice deathly serious. "One shouldn't really trust gang bangers." It was obvious she was talking about Tony as she turned and walked away, bursting out into cynical, mocking laughter as she strode leisurely down the hall, hands in her pockets as she made her way to one of the many stairwells.  .x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.x.X.
It's really strange, I think...
When they're up there...
They're all ALONE. In the DARK. But everyone can SEE them...
It's strange when I look up at them...
Because they kinda remind me of YOU.

Laura watched as Sami left, then got onto the elevator with Tony. She was really annoyed by Sami. "Whore..." She muttered to herself, then took a deep sigh as the doors closed.

Her gum - and thus her breath - had smelled like sugar-cane and cinnamon. "Seed planted," she stated, gazing at the device. It showed that it would be active for four months before she had to replant it. "Now we wait." Chuckling to herself, she slid the device back into her pocket and made her way up the stairs. It's really strange, I think...

((I don't know. Laura just doesn't like her because they both like Tony, and you called her rude... Then added the last bit about 'gang bangers' and treating her like she's a kid. Laura really doesn't like that. ))

((Oh, you wanna play that game? Well she IS a kid. Four years Sami's junior. AND Laura ignored Sami the first time they met AND Laura was immature and refused to shake Sami's hand when Sami was trying to be nice AND when she DID offer to shake Sami's hand, she was immature because when she OFFERED her hand, it was covered in blood. Sami's response was only justified.
So, Laura IS rude. Don't expect Sami to be nice back.))

((That's just her personality. It didn't have to be justified, that's just how she is. Justice has nothing to do with her personality, no matter how rational it may be. Just because she was, doesn't mean she won't take offense to being called it anyway. ))
