"Very slow." Rex sighed. "No one's been here." Rex changed the channel to a Pokemon battle.

"I can see that..." I cast my glare against a tumbleweed, cowering in the corner. It suddenly skips across the room and out through a teleporter.
"Wow... didn't expect that. Anyway, I have a bit of paperwork to do."

Rex chuckled at the mysterious tumbleweed. "Sounds good." Rex said. He tossed a Pokeball, which revealed Sewaddle. Sewaddle crawled up onto Rex's shoulder, intent on watching the battle.

"Its fine with me." Rex nodded. "But Scraggy and Corphish may get a little pissed with you." Rex gestured with his head to his right, where a very angry Corphish and a very angry Scraggy were giving Thard a evil glare.

"Corphish, you did just fine in the mission. And Scraggy, you weren't even in it!" I tell them cheerfully.
One hand moves to my Pokeball belt while Xatu, still nearby, catches Scraggy with Miracle Eye.
"Plus, remember who you're threatening," I caution them in a much darker tone.

Scraggy pretended to crack his knuckles. Scraggy charged Thard with a headbutt.
"That fact won't stop him." Rex laughed. Corphish stood back, awaiting his chance.

I send out Salamence. He intimidates both Corphish and Scraggy. Xatu blocks the fighter's attack and repulses it with Psychic.
"You need to train your pokemon some more, Rex. Attacking another trainer is definitely against League rules."

So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed
Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? Maddy walked in through the teleporter, hiding something behind her back.
"Anyone here?" She asked, looking around.
It seemed she was alone.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
Will all our sins be justified?
