One thing in Mass Effect always confused me. It's not even mentioned in the strategy guide.
What's the point of Rear Admiral Milovich(sp?) with that whole Normandy inspection thing? It's not a plot-related thing, and it's not an assignment. Besides the like 2 alignment points you can get through dialogue, I don't see why it's even in the game.

@DA: I always wondered about that as well. Maybe how you treat upper level command will have some impact on ME2, but I seriously doubt that.
@The universe in general: Well, i had horribly bad luck with this RIG, but the profit I made from selling my cruddy stuff let me get some cool monster-esque stuff. I want more for my Resident Evil boss avatar...

I find the admins' lack of intelligence disturbing.
Seriously, like 2 days after an announcement on how, " We redid gold earning to make more incentives for posting rather than playing games, and to beat inflation in the MP. " they pull crap like the message in a bottle, etc. which only pumps more gold into the system, which completely undoes the counter-inflation stuff and then some.
