PupSage Qyp PupSage Qyp PupSage Qyp How would you incorporate that into This?. Suigetsu using a part of his body to drown someone... Replace the athletics save with a Reflex save. They get a Reflex save every post for a number of post equal to their Con modifier before going unconscious. Meanwhile, the Hozuki pays a cp cost every post to keep up the jutsu. (And I would say may reduce total attack turns by half due to immobility and having 1 arm busy.) I would also say that using this would make them flat footed, causing them to lose their dex bonus to AC. In the manga... Suigetsu did here...Hmmm... but that moment is a good example of how the Hozuki clan members really do not need a dodge bonus... except against people with Lightning, that made Suigetsu's chakra unstable, so he started to melt... Couldn't see it, but immunity to damage is sort of in the massive OP zone. He uses up chakra each time he liquifies... Also... when he was nearly dead... he turned into a kind of blob... kk So not over powered? Oh and... I think I will just say chakra usage is just damage... or like... half to chakra... half to health? I think that is what some people said when I was trying to figure it out.

You want to make that jutsu...a passive effect? What's the balance? Damage is taken to both Health and chakra... like... divided between... Instant paralysis via Lightning techniques... can't move because to busy trying to keep from completely going one way...So I would say it's more of a weakness, then a strength... of course escape prisons would be easy... But stuff like lightning, or even fire maybe... would be a bit frustrating. to fight against. Earth is meant to be Water's main weakness, but I think in this case, it's below Lightning and maybe even Fire. So I will put that down... Lightning... major weakness... paralysis... and Fire, dehydration... Lol where picture is from for the one we have...
