I like all of his techniques. I only wish they would have sped up his attacks like in Ultimate Ninja Shippuden for PS2.
I use Air Palm sparingly. Like to intercept dashing enemies or projectiles. Can it be used to counter jutsu? Like the Fireball jutsu?

No, I don't think so.
Though ... I've never really tried, but it seems very unlikely.

I am also fond of Temari, but people tend to hate that I use her wind combos rather than her normal ones.

Mix it up a little. Throw kunai bags and time them with your attacks or use cover to hide you for a sneak attack. The problem with the new game, Storm 2 is that you get a warning that your opponent is using their Special. That is no good. In the first storm, You can hide behind a fireball jutsu or rotation and suddenly strike with the right special.

I never remember those directional button things, and actually I like the warning quite a bit better.
I tend to use my special when people can do nothing about it.
i.e.: When they dash at me, or right after I substitute.
And the freezin helps you have a better chance of getting it off before being hit, especially in the case of someone dashing or throwing shuriken/kunai.

So it does help but it looks less natural.
For the contest, the avatar Holloween contest, it must be referenced? No originals?

The Avatar can be original as long as it is Halloween themed in some way. So we can tell it's made to be used in the contest.
I was just stating any instances in which you dressed your avi like someone else's you would need a reference.
