King Smeagol Uh no. Spartan MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor is the only official armor for Spartan IIs. All other armors obviously either failed, or moved on to "lesser" soldiers. Such as ODSTs with the ODST helmet and Dare, who has the Recon helmet. Scout I think, was successful at one stage, a proto-type Recon. ODST is rumored that it was used by Spartan Is, because they probably mixed into each other as to keep the above top secret Spartan Project, well, above top secret. Spartan IIIs, well they have this piece of crap. And Mike's creation, Spartan IV, well seems to have Recon, and may have VISR capacity. Which could make them some what more superior to Master Chief in 1v1 battle. BTW, I do think the S-IV is almost non-canon, due to the fact that after S-IIs, ONI wanted CHEAP super soldiers to be produced. But I guess they could of changed their minds.Reading the Project: HAYABUSA page on Halopedia seems like it failed.
The Spartan-IV's are indeed the cheapest of all the Spartans because it cost nothing to train or augment them, having made very few of the MJOLNIR Mark IX armor. What ONI basically did was recycle the S-I's and make them S-IV's. So yeah, they're non-canon, but for HTRP they are there.
