Katane I forgot what happened to Kiji and Eter. Is that plotline going anywhere? I didn't know they were in the story. So. Gendou wanted Vermillion to fight Queen Def, perhaps as a way of weakening/eliminating one or both?

I thought Def's demise was... I don't know... a little too quick and almost accidental considering the power she'd shown beforehand.
But Gendou's line at the very end... priceless! It made me laugh hard enough to startle the cat.

Hot diggety. Weston survived a close encounter with the evil godmother. I was actually worried there for a minute.
I suspect that Def's untimely demise is related to Chapter One.

Actually, it never said that any of the characters died. Most of them just crumpled. You never know.
Meghan could've caught something to hold onto! I mean, Solens fell a whole bunch too, but he didn't die! And the others might've just fallen unconscious! They couldn't've all died! gonk
*is in denial*
And I agree with Usagi, Def's death seemed so sudden. And how come Mory always seems to accidently kill people with swords? I must know! gonk
