True, so we say that it can see the movements but can not copy them if the body can not keep up.

Unfolding from these pieces long blades dipped in the Chiyo family poison, they will begin to circle the opponent continually slashing at the opponent until the chakra threads are disabled or the master stops the attack.

Actually it's a bloodline jutsu, so a high-level Sharingan could probably track it, but never be able to duplicate it, unless for some reason a sharingan user gained control of the Ley Lines.

A genjutsu that Karu can use without handsigns. The opponent's vision blurs, and the world seems to transform into a much darker version of itself (for a good idea of the transformation I'm aiming for, watch some clips of the Silent Hill movie.), and blood begins to rain from the sky, drenching him/her in it. The genjutsu can even fool the senses of touch and smell, and some ninja can even go insane from the overwhelming stench of blood and the frightening atmosphere.

kankuro does some hand signs and a dragon of sand appears and launches at the opponent now its sand so when you get hit with it its like getting hit with an average sized rock so it will knock the wind out of you but not hurt. Kankuro will use the distraction of the dragon to add poisoned kunai in o the dragon so when it hits the dragon will poison the person.

Kankuro made thsi special sand that is douced in poison turnign the sand black he keeps it in a pack that he creates and wears under hsi cloack he can then use the sand in it to preform hsi Sand Jutsus but its nto alot of sand so it will only be enough to preform a few sand jutsu.
