A lot of people say she looks like Cloud and Aeris put together, but I don't see AERIS at all. I don't really see Tifa, either, lol.
I think it looks like a female Riku O_O(KH).

But that's just me <3

I was reminded of Cloud a little bit, though. AH! The FFXIII GUY reminded me of Cloud so much it was scary. :O

I can't judge a character before I know them anymore, lol. Like, before FFXII came out, I thought I would LOVE Ashe...

I hated her. Lol.

Bahhhh sounds like a bunch of Cleris being restarted as usual. I see it this way.

She's a lot like Cloud in looks and sword fighting but has the same facial expressions and hand to hand combat style as AC Tifa. Any dumb a** can see that just by watching the trailer. However the fact that she's so much like Tifa and Cloud makes the Claers angry because that might infer that Cloud and Tifa got together and had a kid (and perhaps she's a descendant) or that SE likes Cloud and Tifa so much that they decided to make a character with attributes of both. I mean, God forbid that SE should make character that's like both cloud and Tifa "TOGEATHER!!!" so what do the Cleris say..."NOOOOOOO SHE'S NOT LIKE TIFA, SHES LIKE AERIS!!!!!"

I suppose hate is a bit strong, perhaps strong dislike is a bit better. I really can't stand her most of the time, but I can tolerate her being there, at least so far. (A little over halfway through the game.)
It's just that, she's a stereo-typical princess. She's stuck up, and she thinks that only she is the one with problems, and thinks she has a right to act stuck up because her husband died. Well, Vaan lost someone too, his brother, and she still treats Vaan like he's just a kid. When he has something to say, (which is usually relevant) she tells him not to interupt her, or to be quiet. She's a little too far up on her high-horse for me. I don't think she has the right to act like a snob, and treat the "commoners" like Vaan like they are nothing. I think that she should respect everyone's feelings. I mean, look at Princess Garnet from IX. She was a kind and loving princess. I think Ashe has issues, mainly because of Rasslers death, but that still doesn't give her a right to treat people the way she does.

Hate is a strong word for Ashe....but that's how I feel about her! whee I really can't stand her...even if she turned out as a better person, she still had that "holier-than-thou" attitude. Blah....when everyone helped her out, I think I only heard her say "thank you" once! Like LunarSong said, she's stuck-up.

(Whoo....Chinese New Year is tomorrow for me!!! I'm so excited!!! Haha, that's why my avatar's clothes changed.....all for New Years!!!)
