Here's my rp sample. It’s random, I just made it on the spot concerning a pursuit where the pursue becomes the perused. Just to clarify I'm rping as Shin Takamura and the other shinobi is a npc. If anythings unclear please say so.
On a road not to far from the village there walked an aging man, of pale skin and even paler hair. He moves with an urgency that gave off the fear his face did not readily show in the direction of the above mentioned village. The road he ran through a heavily forested area so although no threat could be seen there was no guarantee none existed. In truth there was a threat hidden among the trees in hot pursuit of the elderly fellow, and gaining quickly.
As the road passed by an area in which the trees grew increasingly less dense, a black shadow could be seen jumping from tree to tree closing the gap between itself and the man. In a matter of seconds the old man stopped, his pursuer now stood in front of him blocking his chance of making it to the village. Having stopped the appearance of the shadow was now visible, the figure of a tanned young shinobi rippling with strength and confidence. The entirety of his features could not be ascertained as he quickly began moving again, removing a kunai from his pouch and flinging it blindingly fast at his aged target. However unlike most would expect, the weapon did not reach its mark but was stopped by the efforts of the older man. Having moved his hand in front of his body he created some change in the air the caused the kunai to experience the same effect as hitting a brick wall, as it became dented and feel to the floor. The shinobi was surprised and then even more so astounded as the old man began to laugh.
To relieve some of the confusion the elderly man brought his hands together and said a quick ‘Sai’ causing his appearance to change. Where the body of an old decrepit man stood there was now a shinobi noticeably having more strength and experience than his attacker. The man laughed again, Shin always got a kick out of doing that to the young shinobi. But as the cat was now out of the bag, there was no reason to try and continue to his deception. Pointing towards himself he said, “The name is Shin Takamura. I see you seem a bit confused. Let me try and help clear that up. I am not actually an old man just he user of a powerful genjutsu that led you to believe that. However as I’m running out of time to kill you in time to collect the bounty, I’ll stop my fun and kill you now.” The youger shinobi knowing that infamous name all to well suddenly became very fearful. No longer wanting to be at that spot, he suddenly turned around and started running for the village. "Why do they always have to run? It never actually changes the outcome." Shin though to himself before he chased after him.

Sasori sat there for more than half of the allowed time, I'll never get this test done, I'll never pass and I'll never become a ninja. thoughts spiraled through her head as she chewed on her lip and went to write something but pulled back. Letting her head plop onto the desk making a loud THUMP she muttered curse words under her breath not caring that she'd just draw the attention of most the class and her sensei. Sasori gave one more sigh and raised her hand leaving her head on the desk, "Sensei...I'm as far as I'm going to get on this stupid test so...can I be excused?" her voice had a sort of whimper in it as well as frustration. She her snickers from some of the students around her which caused her to look up with a death glare on her face which quickly shut them up.
So what's the verdict judge?

(Truthfully, ever since I looked everything over on what I'm supposed to do, I've been lost, so I guess I'll go ahead and put an RP sample here? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks)
Bouten had been exercising all morning. This morning was special, as was every Sunday to him, and his family. Ever since his father had died protecting his entire family, he had visited his grave each Sunday, praying for hours on end, long after his family had prayed. Bouten had shaved his hair off, and held the apppearance of being naturally bald, just to enable him to view the grave with no interruptions. Strangely though, today was very different. Today, there was someone who had been praying at a nearby grave, since the same moment he had. This young boy, most likely 5 or 6, or around Bouten's age, was praying as well. This boy was crying though, much different then Bouten, who held a cold stare at the tombstone.
Eventually the boy rose, striding out of the cemetary, only to be confronted by Bouten, who began to question him. "What's your name?" was murmured to the boy, who didn't make eye contact, and brushed past Bouten, who grabbed him by the shoulder, shaking him viciously. It would've been entertaining to an adult there, because of the high pitched voices of the young children. Bouten had seen the boy with his family every now and then after that, and noticed that the child's family was all ninja, almost the opposite of his own. When he had saw who all decided to join the academy, he noticed that the child didn't. That's when he decided, he'd be a ninja. He's make his way, fill the gap.

Um..I have a couple different characters that are shinobi..is that ok? Well, I guess I'll use Midori for now.
Midori walked up to the ninja academy on her first day of school. She hesitated at the door, adjusting her green halter top, making sure her caky shorts weren't on too low. She reached up and tucked her brown wavy hair behind her ear, her green eyes nervous and shy.
Midori took a deep breath and stepped inside, looking aroundat all the new, strange faces. She felt uncomfortable already. She looked for an empty seat at the back of the class and made her way over to it, taking a seat.
She continued to observe her surroundings. There were so many people here, all of them undoubtably stronger than her. She wanted so badly to be a shinobi like her big brother, but she had a bad feeling about this. Midori has always known she was not cut out to be a shinobi. She shook her head slowly, and a confused determination filled her eyes.
She would try anyway. "I can do this.." Mumbled Midori, not quite believing it.

((Uh, this is where you post your RP samples in order to 'pass' and start RP-ing, right? If not, then thanks in advance for the corrections!))
The sun hung low in the sky, its dying rays staining everything a dull orange. Orange, purple, and yellow clouds ambled their way across the expanse of the heavens, shifting slowly from shape to shape and blotting out the last of the sunlight from time to time.
Well, I guess it's time to go home... Hiyomura Kei thought, tucking several blue-black strands of hair back into her ponytail. She went about the clearing, gathering the kunai and shuriken she'd been using. She'd been coming here for quite a while now, ever since she'd discovered it; here she worked on improving the skills her uncle had taught her and what she learned every day in the Academy.
She walked over to one tree and pulled out two of the three kunai from the target she'd set up. She glared at the third, which stuck out from within the outer circle instead of from the center like the other two. She had missed! Amethyst eyes narrowed in anger, she yanked the weapon from the target and thrust it into her weapons pouch. True, it was only one missed target, but to Kei, it was a failure.
Her father, Takeo, was head of the Hiyomura clan, and having a girl for a firstborn...it didn't seem to fit well with him. Never mind that his eldest daughter was most likely the only prodigy his clan would ever see. He was happy, yes, at her birth; what hurt was that Takeo was practically dancing with glee when Kei's younger brother, Yuuhi, came forth into the world.
This was why, after entering the Academy, Kei vowed that she would make her father proud of his firstborn child, his heir. She worked hard to become the top of the class, and she asked her Uncle Katoshi if he could personally train her after school. She may not be much to Takeo as a daughter, but Kei thought that, if she could become a full-fledged shinobi from his clan - one of the first in years - perhaps he would finally recognize her and, more importantly, accept her.
Throwing one last look at the setting sun - now lower in the sky than it had been minutes earlier - Kei turned and began treading the path that would take her back home.
((I hope that wasn't too long... sweatdrop ))

((I'll be using the character I'm going to make for my role play example.))
Aoi groaned as the annoyingly bright sun rays shone down through his window and landed perfectly in his eyes. Sitting up he looked around the small messy room as he yawned. What time was it? he thought to himself as he threw the bed sheets off and rolled over trying to get out of bed. He let out a squeal of surprise as he slipped and fell from his upraised bed landing on the floor in a heap with a loud bang. Rubbing his head he pulled himself up and walked over towards the large pile of clothing in the corner."Well at least none of my friends heard that... " He muttered to himself as he began to dig through the pile of clothing for something wearable, things rarely got cleaned and taken care of since his mom had passed away. He sighed heavily as thoughts of his mom crossed his mind and started to pull a white hooded shirt over his head.
After he had finished clothing himself he walked out the door and locked it behind him. He held his stomach that was groaning in hunger for a moment and sighed knowing he wouldn't get breakfast till after he had met his father for morning training. He stuffed the keys to the door in his pocket and took off down the road headed for the place his dad would train him. It was going to be one of those days...

On a side note, you'll probably only be allowed one character at first. Then, as you prove yourself capable, you're allowed more at the discretion of the village kage.

(Just something I put together in a few minutes. I think it's enough to pass. Or at least I hope.)
Kaito yawned, tieing his headband around his head as he walked through a forest. There were several, thick tree's overhead, so practically each place he had walked was in the shade, excluding a random few places where sun crept through. It seemed as thought it was going to be a normal walk through the forest. The young adult had been walking for quite a long time now, and all the walking was slowly getting to him. "Might as well take a break for now... I don't think I'm being followed any more." The young boy said, sitting down, and leaning up against a large oak tree.
No longer than ten minutes after he had sat down, he saw something move around several feet away from him. Seeing this, he continued looking off in that direction. Randomly, from the postion he had saw movement from earlier, came a kunai. Quickly he rolled to his right, as he watched the kunai strike the tree. Kaito quickly got up, and pried the kunai from the tree, looking off to find his enemy. For a good three minnutes he did nothing but search for his attacker, when suddenly another kunai was launched on his direction. Reading the direction it was coming from, Kaito lauched his kunai back in the direction of the other kunai. He quickly fell to the ground, the kunai barely slicing his cheek, and he heard a moan come from the direction of the kunai he threw. With this, he rolled over on to his knee's, got up, and began to sprint off.
