I've read the first three volumes of One Piece. It's been amusing, though not so much that I feel compelled to pick up a fourth volume.

I haven't actually read the manga, our store has got it in once but that was real long time ago. Hmmm, since it got liscenced I think I should have them order it.
The show is repetative and a lot of the themes are just done to dust and the series is really really long, but I like it anyway for some reason. I love the character of Luffy, he has to be one of my favorites. It's just a incredibly vivid and creative show, it just hooked me.

Eva-Pilot Wait, so this show One Piece is repetitive and creative at the same time? Interesting... It's possible, they're not really antonyms. It's just you see recurring situations and some of it is really drawn out and predictable. Doesn't bother me too much though, since I enjoy it none the less. Despite that it is indeed a really creative and colorful show, with great characters and designs and just the entire One Piece universe. The toy is awesome, I love Engrish. I'd worship it as my lord and savior any day.

Church signs are always horribly laughable... one here said "God answers to knee mail" I felt the urge to throw stuff at the sign. xp

I just saw the worst anime music video in the world....no really, that is what it was called. It was Evangelion to The Hall of the Mountain King, that one evil classical song... The whole 2 minutes 30 seconds was Unit - 01 holding Kaworu with that music playing... Then at the end...well yeah, it's the same scene footage, take a guess.
