Eh Bringer of the water is what allows The HAkU people to manipulate the water and acutally make the water come from no were I believe......

Um... isn't it possible for a Mizu clan member to be able to perform three jutsu at once? One with both hands and then breaking them off into two hands they can perform two seperatly after the first. That's how I figure it. Is that possible? sweatdrop

well the mizu dont have that ablity because that was hakus but anyway there is a pendant that does that so i doubt you can that would destroy the point of the pendant

no, Mitsko has the pendant. . . unless she lost it or something.
but to answer your question, no. you cant do them with one hand because there would be no reason only haku could and everyone would be able to and the pendant thingy

I thought a member of the Mizu clan was able to have the same abilities as Haku because that's his clan.

same techniques. that is like a fighting style, it takes a certain talent to be able to do and it is a rare ability since no one else since has been able to not even kage level shinobi

What is the difference between the Ningyoumawashi no jutsu and the Isshi no Otoshina jutsu?
As far as i know they both use chakra string to move objects and bind opponents.
