Granted. You stop being sick but later in the day, you get small pox somehow and die.
I wish I had a vaccine for smallpox that wasn't rigged.

Granted. But since small pox was mostly eradicated, (I'm a special case apparantely... O.O) you have no need for it and thus spent a million trillion dollars on nothing.

Is there a cure to anthrax? We'd give you that...except it would cause vomitting and the likes (haven't we done anthrax enough yet??)
I wish there were no more wishes that involved or responded too in any manner that might even remotely suggest the presence of anthrax.
