Eeowynn She grinned, "mmmmm tastes good, luckily i can still taste things, i dont think i could survive without coffee alcoholic goodness!" Licking a drop of the liquid from her lips with a pink tongue, she downed the rest of the glass, closing her eyes and smiling as it burned its way down her throat, simulating almost the feeling of having body heat. [sorry... internet was done for a bit lol] He soon looked to her again before sitting the glass down before him as well. He saw her reaction to this and it caused him to smile slightly. He now leaned his head down to smell the glass once more before licking his lips a bit. "I take it you enjoyed it" he said quietly before shifting to get a bit more comfortable. He pulled a small book from his coat now, placing it on the table as well as a set of keys. He then removed his coat and placed it beside him in the seat. Once done he placed the glass over the book as if to keep someone from grabbing it. "So tell me about yourself... I am curious to know" he said softly to her.

"Well..." she began hesitantly, it wasnt often she was asked to recall her past, "I come from england, york to be precise. Travelled Europe, and saw some beautiful places i might add, but after many years of travelling through foreign wildernesses i figured i should finally embrace the world as it is now, and stop living in my medieval memories." She paused, staring soberly past the honey coloured film in the base of her glass, silently reflecting... "Its...hard to see things as i used to, where is the beauty of a world with no stars, no moonlight and no gentle rushing of the breeze through the trees, it took me a long time to accept that the world is not as it was, technology has apparently reduced the need of man for nature, for life even, it is artificial here, but if i should leave, i fear i should find no solace, for the world i love no longer exists in this realm"
She sighed as a single tear ran down her bloodless cheek.

He scooted closer to her now before moving an arm around her for comfort. He then leaned his other hand up and wiped the tear away. He moved her head against his shoulder before sighing softly as he let her words repeat inside his mind over and over.
"I know the world you speak of... I miss it to. A world where the only machines were that that ran on wind or water. The day gas powered machines were invented was the day that the world became unneeded. Now its hard to find a place that hasn't had some signs of the human's inventions. I miss being able to go to a hill late at night, laying down and hearing only birds and crickets. Looking up into the stars and breathing in air that wasn't polluted with toxins... but those days are gone. We have to evolve as they are... its the curse of being immortal."

More tears now flowing she wrapped her arms around him and buried her head into his chest. "why is it that the things i love must always die, the hollow in my soul deepens everytime i lose another, and i fear that some day it will consume me entirley, and i shall be suffocated by my torment, yet cursed forever to endure it, trapped in a twisted purgatory i did not willingly enter into and from which the only escape leads to hell. There pearly gates to remain barred to me, lest the demon consumes my essence entirley"

He listened to her words closely. They came out of her mouth with solid emotions and that of the soul. He closed his eyes and he held her closer. His arms pulled her closer till she was almost in his lap as he held her close for comfort. He kissed her cheek softly once and looked into her eyes before whispering.
"Because we are cursed to walk the world forever doesn't mean everything for us must die. The true test to living forever isn't keeping away from our weaknesses... its staying strong in our minds. Find things that last forever to keep your mind company. I'll always be here for you if you need me. I'll be here till the end of time... I'm one that that wont die on you.

Staring back into his eyes she smiled weakly and rubbed her eyes with her hand. "im...sory for freaking out on you" she tried to laugh it off, her tone falsly light. "but" her voice was serious now "thank you for what you said...its nice to know that i shall not lose everything that is dear to me" She leaned up and kissed his cheek softly, before moving her lips to his ear "thank you" she murmered

He continued to hold her as she did this, his eyes closing as he felt her lips at his ear murmured. He leaned over now and kisses her once on her lips before moving his hand to get his glass, sipping from it slightly.
"No need for thanks my dear, you've helped me enough already." He whispered softly, pausing to smiled to her. "But if you ever want to help me again in the future please do if it ends up like this.

Closing her eyes as his lips met hers a strange bolt seemed to shoot through her mind. It had been so long since she had been this close to someone. *At least I cant hurt this one*
She began to laugh when he spoke, looking mock shocked at his words. "If you've finished your drink can we go back to the hotel? Im getting sleepy" She curled up in the nook of his arm, resting her head upon his shoulder and yawning

He nodded now as he moved his arm to start to gather his things, still not letting go of her. He then smiled at her softly before looking her in the eyes once more.
"Let us go then, I am getting tired myself and it wouldn't hurt to get away from the large crowd." He said this softly as he stood, pulling her with him. Soon he lead her out of the bar and started to go towards the hotel she had mentioned earlier.

Neko walked into her bar, and smelled that there had been other people in here. She sighed, but there was no way she could look after her bar full time being an elder. She looked around, making sure that everything was still in some semblance of order before going through the bookcase she ahd Illusioned to hide her room in the back. Everything there was as she had left it, not that anyone would really know that the bookcase was only Illusion.
She grabbed her CD player, with a CD already insdie it, and the book she was still reading, for the fourth time as it was. She plopped down onto her bed, headphones in her ears, turning the CD player on and started to read her book.

After a time, Neko got bored with her book and set it aside. She yawned and streched, looking just liek a tired cat, and curled up on her bed, going to sleep, her music still on.
Some time after she went to sleep, a note was left on her bed side table, bluging from its contents. The CD, being on repeat all, went back to the first song and bolted Neko out of sleep. She blinked sleepily and eyed the note, recognizing the hand that had written her name. She opened it, noticing a band of black satin falling into her lap as she opened the letter. She eyed the collar like necklace, complete with a tag with her name on it, and read the note.
She sighed as she finished reading it, putting it down on her bedside table. "Of course..." Neko murmured, fingering the neckalce, noting the odd inscriptions on the back. "She would know too...oh well, it's not like I didn't need it." She put it on, noting how much of a collar it looked. She sighed again and flopped back onto her bed, the Phantom of the Opera echoing inside her skull.
