Shinichi furrowed his brow, though he was relieved that Aya-san also didn't get it on her first try. He examined the bark and folded the cloth around the tree as best he could, then pressed his palm in the center. The boy concentrated, then tried to use a similiar chakra motion as when he did any other genjutsu.

It seemed that both Aya and Shinchi had a weak spot for this technique. Those two seemed to pair up pretty well. It reminded him of Tomo and himself. They've been working together pretty well since the Academy. Perhaps, this would be the same story with these two.

Aya's face lightened up a bit as she got it the first time. She didn't fully understand it though, so she tried again. Perhaps she needed to concentrate hard when it came to things like genjutsu. A lot of the academy ranked jutsus were related to genjutsu....For a moment, she found that odd.

Good, it worked that time. Shinichi poked the cloth and watch it appear before his eyes almost instantly. At a distance, though, the cover looked definitely real enough to conceal an object or two. Now if he could just perform the jutsu once more successfully. Genjutsu wasn't his strong point, but by no means was he as bad at this as charisma or endurance.

"Hu..." Aya sighed, throwing her head back. Kohki had gotten it so easily! Taking a deep breath in and then letting it out slowly, Aya tried again. She had to get it this time. She had to...

"That's good Aya! You got it. Give your mind a break now and come sit down," he told the girl, motioning for her to come sit down on the ground. Genjutus always strained the mind. It wasn't good to do it over and over. That's why Koro would be giving them breaks while learning this jutsu.

The cloth shifted, then turned an unrealistic light brown. Shinichi frowned and pushed his left hand against the cloth instead. A shinobi had to be good at both performing genjutsu and recognising it, so why shouldn't he also? He flattened the cloth and transferred his chakra into the thing, trying to get that same feel as when he did Henge and Bunshin no Jutsu.

Argh, why was this so hard? Shinichi glared at the successful Aya-san for a moment, then returned to face his tree. It was just like the situation on his first day, when the Fake Kage tried again and again to get him to correctly control his chakra. He remembered that he tried for an hour at least, but still could not even get it in the end. Shinichi mumbled something and tried again.

Aya sat down, where her sensei had pointed. Man, that technique really boggled her. She decided that she didn't like it all too much. "This jutsu sucks," Aya told her sensei, looking up at him. "Do we really have to learn it?" she asked honestly. Yes, Aya was a sweet girl and usually polite, but when something truly displeased her, she let someone know.

"Good job Shinichi," Koro told the boy. "Take a break now," he said nicely. He wouldn't move onto the next part of the exercise until they had all rested for a few moments. Upon hearing Aya's comments, it struck him off that she would even say the phrase of something sucking... "Well, yes...You do have to know it to graduate," Koro told her, giving her a weak smile.

Kohki stood next to a tree, resting his back on its trunk. The jutsu didn't seem hard for him, but after all, Genjutsu was his strength. He didn't really care about the jutsu, but maybe it would help him in the future. He doubted that a little, but it could happen.

Shinichi sat down in the shade of the tree and rubbed his temples. So, genjutsu took a lot of strain on the mind, something that could regrettably be even more painful than physical wounds. Still, like the Dodging Palm Jutsu, the difficulties now would make it worthwhile to learn in the end.

"Well, can we say we learnt it and then not test on it?" Aya asked sweetly, smiling up at her teacher. She was really bent on getting out of this. She wasn't planning on making her way up through genjutsu.

Koro looked down at the girl with a blank expression. She was beginning to take up Izuki's spot in class now. "No," he said bluntly and a monotone voice. "While we're resting, how about we show you how to use that Kawamiri jutsu, Shinichi?" Koro asked the boy. "Kohki, would you be his partner?" the teacher asked the boy who was alittle distant from the rest at the moment.

Kohki nodded, and waited for directions.
"I trained it by myself.. so what should I do to help him?" Kohki asked Koro-sensei.
