  Location: By the downed balloons Interacting with: Anyone Fifi considered her options. She wasn't particularly skilled in building shelters, or gathering food, and she certainly didn't want to hunt! On the other hand, if she had Alastyn help, she could carry quite a bit of water. "I'll help get water. Pooky can help me carry lots!" Fifi is going to be in the WATER group!

Katori is going to be in the SHELTER group!
Katori was relieved when they all landed safely, he didn't release Danae from her Pokeball right away though, it might not be totally safe. "I'll stay and help make the shelter, done it plenty of times when i went on a bender and couldn't find m'way to a house or an Pokecenter" he said, "i got Danae to start a fire too if we need it"

Safe upon the ground and now with enough room to let out bigger pokemon the boy let Phrixus out of its pokeball. The hound stretched after its release, looking a bit better after its rest within its ball. Zak listened to the captain as he spoke taking in and memorizing the map that the captain had provided.
"Phrixus and I can hunt," Zak replied. Being a traveler he needed to know how to live of the land and hunting was included in that. "Anyone else care to join me?" He questioned to the group looking at everyone. Spotting Cara he gave a small wave glad she had arrived safely as well. Remmy was somewhere, but he doubt that Remmy would be very useful at hunting.
Zakiax is going to be in the HUNTING group!

Valarie hopped out of the basket, she had obviously enjoyed the ride very much. She paid attention to only some of the Captain's explanation, most of it is common sense suck as never traveling alone. Her attention came back at full force when she heard fruits and berries and the word gather. The watcher jumped up and waved her hands in excitements, "Ooo! I can help gather some food!"
Valarie is going to be in the GATHERING group!

Lex stretched and gathered his Cottonee as the little thing dropped. Hollin chirped and wiggled, cuddling into his trainers legs. He slipped off back pack and rummaged through his pack. Extra shirt, jeans, scrunchies, fruit, a water bottle, chap stick. He paused, using that quickly before pulling out his sketch journal and looked over at the map, managing a quick copy. " Map.... and hunting, I think." Hollin could slow or send what ever prey to sleep and such make it easier to take down. The cottonee shifted, looking up and gave a soft chirr sound. Lex is going to be in the HUNTING group!

After they landed, Skylar had, naturally, woken from his nap and took his usual perch on Sienna's head. She listened to their task. Sounded like this might be more of a camping trip than she expected! That was alright, camping was fun, especially since they had so many people! Like a big sleepover in the woods...er, desert? Sienna wasn't sure what to call the environment.
Despite the unfamiliar terrain, she did know how to find sweet berries and other natural food sources. She wasn't quite a vegetarian, but hunting had never appealed to the bird keeper. "I can help gather food too!"

Leaning inconspicuously over Anise's shoulder, Genesis quickly scrawled out a map for her own group's use. It was a good thing she kept this thick napkin handy!

Cara figured that she might as well make a copy of the Captain's map while waiting for the others in her group to come together. She unbuckled her pack from around her and set it down to fish around inside of it for something to draw on and with. "Ah-ha!" She cried out softly. She pulled out of the bag a clean sheet of paper and a few colored pencils. She didn't quite remember how they had gotten in there, but they had probably been there for a while as they were all scuffed up from items on top. She smiled and immediately set to work making it. A short time later, she was all done.

Interacting with: Valarie, Sienna Looks like Anise had at least a couple other people joining her at gathering. She smiled at the two and said, "Hi, I'm Anise, looks like we'll be working together. And this is Oki," she told them as she patted her Zoroark. "So, do either of you have much experience gathering edible plants?" Oki looked over the two people and the Swablu they would be working with in order to familiarize himself with them. The Captain's instruction to travel in groups suited him just fine; as the saying went, there were safety in numbers.

"Hi Anise and Oki! I'm Sienna and this is Skylar," Sienna chirped cheerfully. The Swablu on her head peeped a quiet "hello" to the pair. They already knew Valarie and her Hoothoot from the balloon ride. "I know a bit about berries, a lot of times when they're no pokecenters or towns around, they're the only food resource you have." She nodded. The girl learned quickly during her first trainer journey that you couldn't buy a hot meal in the wilderness. You had to work for it.

"Hi Anise and Oki!" Valarie greeted with a bright smile, "I'm Valarie, and this Hoothoot is Fois." she motioned towards herself and the Hoothoot. "I was basically living off only on berries for quite a while." she added, "I think I have some in my bag right now..." The watcher started to dig through her bag and pulled out a few berries-- they were not in the greatest condition. The berries were squished and had a bit of pizza stuck on them. "Umm.." Valaried stared blankly at the berries before dropping them on the ground, "I should really start cleaning out my bag soon..." She mumbled to herself. On her shoulder, Fois shook with silent laughter at his trainer.

Erika shook her head, trying to clear it of the headache that had formed shortly after the dancing watchog left. Seemed like she was starting to sober up, but not enough for her equilibrium to rejoin her. At her side, Blaire stood vigilant.
Thinking it over, Erika decided that hunting would be the easiest thing for her and her scyther. But she didn't have to come off as some drunken lunatic. She had to be tactful. Erika called out to the trainers assembling themselves into groups. "I'm still drunk, but Blaire here can help kill things."
Smooth.

Yusaki had released Korou just after landing, as promised, but she still paid close attention to the captain's orders before actually tending to her Mightyena.
All in all, the balloon ride hadn't been horrible. Just very nerve wracking. Korou wasn't of the same opinion, but she had spent most of it in her pokeball.
Hearing that they needed to split up into groups, Yusaki dithered back and forth over which group to join in. She could gather, or build a shelter... maybe. Or get water.
Ultimately it was Korou who decided though, nudging her towards the hunting group.
Putting one hand on Korou's head, she greeted the rest of the hunting group, "Hello. I... I don't know much about hunting, but Korou should be helpful here I think."
The Mightyena gave a huff to indicate there was no "maybe" about her helpfulness.
Yusaki is going to be in the HUNTING group!

Delah noted the groups forming as she woke up from the somewhat hectic descent. She yawned.
"Jan, lets go with the gatherers." She said quietly. She knew herblore and it seemed safer than hunting.
Jan didn't care, honestly.

"All right!" Laurence said, clapping his hands together as the shelter group grew. "Thanks for sketching the map," he added to Cara. Speaking to the group at large, he said, "Hello; my name is Laurence, and this little one is Kili. We should come up with a plan to build the shelter so we can stay organized out there. First of all, we'll need something to cut down branches with. Are any of you or your pokemon able to do that?" Kili watched the others with bright eyes from her perch on Laurence's shoulder. "Pikkichii!" she greeted them.
