*on the recorder a scientist is talking about trying to use radiation as a means to make super soldiers and when in contact with radiation they get stronger the purpose of this shelter apparently was to test out this experiment while it was still a home to many people*
*same scientist different day talks about almost completing it and how some have stayed alive longer but some have had major changes in attitude wanted to stop but felt he could succeed in the task*
