Kalena didn't understand how Kalen could be so enthusiastic now, how at one moment, he was sad, now he was happy. She remembered shes normally like that, but right now, she could only feel great dread about this mission.
"lots of fighting, lots of darkness. Im sure Eclipse would complain if I took you, but its up to you if you come. Im not forcing you. I just know this is a hell-ish mission. Mabye I can get my brother back. I know you saw my memories back on Destiny Islands. I feel sorry for what I put X thru, so much....." she stopped, she didn't know what to say past that.

"Hey!" Kalen walked up to her then and flicked her nose. "Stay positive. If you start acting negative like that were not gonna get anywhere. Smile dammit." Kalen said with a big grin.

Anubis Styx Fonic Master of Darkness  Anubis laughs as the memory comes to his mind. He continues to cook and speaks to DK. Well he was always a good cook,and as a brother of Neuro Nougami he needed to make sure each meal was perfect. One day he saw a girl he wanted to impress. She was a troubled kid,and very few others liked her. Tenebrea as lazy as he was back then saw something in her,and made her a cake. However,the girl was nowhere to be found and he never saw her again. That day he vowed to sharpen his skills till he could meet the girl again. That girl was you DK.

-Kie woke up when misty moved looking around to where he was and what he was doing there it all slowly came back as he gave a big yawn and sat up right stretching his arms up to the sky and let out a loud sigh of feeling better after a really nice sleep like that it was warm and softer then most thing. He looks around finding he is pretty much alone outside with misty and so after a bit he gets to his feet an stands up he looked at misty as she seemed off so he petted her head like before-

"how did I get such a wonderful person to like me. Sometimes I feel like he deserves better than me. He's done so much for me and yet ive done so little for him." she wiped her tears away. She thought back to when they first met, it was a long time ago for her, well, it seemed that way. She smiled.

Vento still stood there as he had his eyes closed as he let them have their time of relaxation and joy for a brief amount of time as the mission they were about to take would test their mantle to the fullest so it was necessary for them to have this."Alright then i'll let them know it's time."He muttered to himself as it seemed like he was just finished talking to someone as Vento opened his eyes and said."I have prepared the portal to send us to our designation"Vento said letting everyone know he was ready.

Kalena nodded and she skidded down the roof and landed on her feet, the 2 story drop didn't seem to bother her...until she landed on her feet rather hard. Her eyes widened for a second and she hopped off her feet onto a aero cloud.Misty purred
"not much. Dk's making lunch, looks like we could be going on another mission. Kalena came back." she pointed over at the girl wincing from a bit of shock in her feet and up on a air cloud.
"Yo Kalena, come over here.""hm?" she got off her cloud
"What?""this is Kie! Hes....a bit psychotic, but he stood up to Kumagawa!""you did? Well...your the first, other than Dk." Kalena said.Misty could pick up on Kalena's voice, she knew something was up
"Kalena, what is the mission. Have you been sleeping?""I'll tell everyone at the same time. It will be easier that way."
She walked away before answering the next question."she seems....distant....usually she's open, happy, light-hearted. Now...hmmm....maybe I need to put away my keyblades and call my sister in as well. If we can get her asleep, I need to figure out what's wrong. Mabye that's why I haven't been as strong lately."((yes, actually thinking about her and sasha as dream eaters, if need to...doing dream drop distance research (I don't have the game) )) DK pulls out the meat from the oven with her bare hands.
She then looks at the box and she blushes red again.
She opened the box and gets weak at the knees falling.Several dragons immediately push a chair under Dk to sit in. She looked at the picture more than the cake at first.
She looked at a dragonThe dragon ran upstairs to Dk's room and brings down a small music box. Dk smiled picking up the dragon and the box. She opened the box and it was the same melody that she liked that Tenebrea made as well a actual picture that she knew she shouldn't have at all. She tilted her head looking a bit confused.
"That's wasn't there, and this was broken....." she said, a bit baffled, but then a smile came on her face.
"Im really going to have to set boundaries with that Jaster kid. If he got into the twilight when I did...."
She then found a small envelope finding a black and white photo of when she and Tenebrea first met. She didn't look too different, really hungry to where all her bones were showing, but the rest of her was the same. Her hair was only at her waist then.Jaster was watching very silently, no one had heard him come in, he was watching from a crack in the library wall.
"I knew there was a heart of gold in there somewhere." he muttered and looked at his pocket watch.
"happy birthday, Kalena Dragon Keeper."
He took a deep breath giving Tenebrea a copy of the pictures and leaving it signed 'J'Kalena could even feel all the happiness coming from Dk. She looked at Dk and the box, she gave a small smile. She couldn't see what Dk got, as Dk was able to block her memories from Kalena, but whatever it was, it was strong.
She walked inside the door leaning there.
"Happy Birthday Dk. Want some candles to blow out?" "no...my wishes, my dreams....they are already coming true. I just wish Tenebrea had a copy of the pictures."She gave a small nod.
"I have a feeling he will." she walked into the mansion and pulled out a dusty old box.
"remember this, I think its time you open it.""hm?" she takes the box and dusts it off
"its...its from dad."
She opens it with great care. Inside was a new set of battle clothing, a princess tiara, a rather old locket. "Jaster hasn't been able to control what time he goes into. He met dad. He said to give this to you when Blackthorne was dead. He said...he could go to rest happy now that your heart is complete and safe.
Keep looking, there should be something else." Dk looked at the very bottom of the box, there was a hand drawn picture with a note attached to it.
Dk read it and held the note tight."well, what does it say. I can't read his handwriting."((ending the post there))

-Kie kept petting misty till she pointed out the other girl and he nodded to her when she asked.. kinda if he stood up to some guy who looked stupid as he just listen to what she had to say he went in after her going inside when they all started getting happy about DK's day he sat in the back of the room watching kalena from the back as he thought about things she reminded him of. After a while he gave up trying to put it together and when she started trying to read the note on it he jumped on kalenas back and started nawing at her head for no real reason other then he felt like doing that-

"Yeow!!" Kalena gasped when Kie gnawed on her head.
Kalena started to grab at Kie.
"Common! None of my kids were biters! Common! No fair!"Some of the dragons put skates on Kalena wanting to play a prank. One of the bigger ones got up in front of Kalena starting to dance with her. Kalena started to laugh and giggle.
"hey! Im not a dancer" 2 of the small dragons pushed Kalena out the front door sending her down the hill. Dk turned her head
"Kalena! Watch out for that---"Kalena had no steering and was horrible on skates. She rolled straight into a tree. Oranges fell on top of Kalena's head."Tree....ouch....that's gotta hurt." Dk said biting her finger, she was trying not to laugh thoughMisty burst out laughing.
"Oh that's funny!!! Hey Dk! Tell me you saw that!"Kalena was taking off the skates
"ow." she rubbed her head, wondering if Kie got off.
