“Do either of you think it smells kind of funny in here?” She murmured. Or, at least, that was what she had intended to murmur. A good bit of her verbiage was muffled by the press of the whale’s mouth and by the time she was tugged back away from the wall of whale all that really came out was, “Doesn’t really matter anyways… At least there’s light.” Provided the glowing things could be called that.
They were interesting, at the very least. Regina was willing to bet that they were happy too; every bit as content as she was with their place in life. Were they living their own lives or just part of the great big Circle of L—Whale. “Why hello, there…” Regina was smiling as she reached out to touch one of the blobs, keeping her injured wrist close to her body (at least some part of her mind had retained that much sense). She somehow missed that Jocelin was trying to help her escape; not so sure that she really needed to escape anyways.
Kingdom Hearts. Yes, it was a lot like that. There was Monstro the Whale and no sight of Jiminy; just bouncing around on the inside. Bobbing along… Watching… Waiting…
Whatever happened to her handsome red head? Had someone else bought him up at auction? Sad, so sad… They call me mellow yellow…

Amy felt Joce trying to help her out, but being inside the whale was a little...slimy. And as such, she lost her grip on Joce.
"Stay out there!" Amy said. "We'll make it out too, don't worry!"

Perhaps it was the combined weight of Hawke and Anders that kept them rooted to the rainbow road. Crying on one another's shoulders actually proved to be a benefit for once. First, it helped to deal with the accumulated emotional distress they were feeling. Secondly, it kept them out of the Space-Fade Whale's huge gullet. If Anders was in the mood to be thankful, he would be. But, he was still considerably sad. He lifted his head off of Hawke's shoulder, sniffling pathetically as he observed people getting pulled into the Space-Fade Whale's mouth.
He should help them!
But he could hardly defend himself against a giant bat. Hawke had to save him. He was simply no good at protecting people. He was a s**t poor mage, and a s**t poor person for being able to do nothing but cry, but crying was the only thing that felt good. If he could save those people, he would, but he genuinely believed that he could not.
He was a failure.
But now he felt even worse about watching them get eaten. "I-I'm letting them die," he moped pathetically, refusing to do anything about it.

Using her left arm to pull herself around in some areas, Amy was trying to escape again, but instead just slipped further into the belly of the beeeeast.
"Damn it," she scolded herself. "Running shoes don't help much." Bare feet would probably be worse, though.

Being all mellow Kestrel wasn't really bothered by what was going on. She had hit the bats a few times but not really cared about it, they just got in her way and it was like hitting those annoying moths that just wont leave you alone. However got now she was relaxed again at least until she suddenly felt a tugging. She wasn't overly impressed but his and she found that she was being pulled away out of her comfy spot that she had.
"NO!" She called and dug her heels in. She wasn't going anywhere! However she did loose the dead mice out of her pocket, the whale would surely enjoy them right? Along with various other objects that fell out her pockets. She wasn't sure whether they would damage it or not but she didn't care now, she was back where she belonged in her mellow yellow spot.
She did however manage to keep hold of her glove and she was sure for some reason it might come in useful later.

Eventually the novelty of the glow wore off in the same way that everything else seemed to be going. She just stopped caring about it, brushing it aside as a novelty; the same sort of novelty that being trapped inside of a whale seemed to be. That being the case, Regina supposed she should make another attempt at escaping (if only to say she had, not that she really cared).
This attempt was successful, although barely. There was a moment where she had been convinced that she was going to be sucked right back down into the deep... And then flop; soggy, disgusting, and still broken in some places, Regina was deposited on the remains of the Rainbow Road right next to Joce.

In spite of the crushing weight of depression, Holi found it in herself to go berzerk... or maybe because of it. Sobbing, hysterical, cursing and flailing... but definitely berserk as she pummeled the whale as best she could with her various injuries, railing at it about everything that had gone wrong, and was clearly going to wrong.
She was so caught up in shouting about the pure crushing futility of it all that she almost didn't notice HOW she escaped, tumbling soaked with slime and reeking of space whale spit, back onto the road, her blue tainted skin and hair that much more colorful now for the slimy coating she'd aquired, though instead of feeling any triumph over her surprising escape, she could only sob more when she realized that, had she realized that she COULD do anything, she should have attempted to rescue some of the other poor souls within the Whale's gullet. She was SO COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!

Pale brows had dipped in a worried pinch as Felix continued to avoid her eye. This was not going half so well as it had all played out in her head moments ago. As he slide tot he side to inch them closer to the other two, Felicia curled her fingers a little tighter within the fabric of his shirt over his chest. Lips parting as if she would say something before the whale moved to attack again. Swallowing huge mouth fulls of.. air? There wasn't hair in space.. So, not air? But if that were the case, how were they all still alive?
Logic didn't seem to be working at full capacity out here, or even half... Frankly, nothing about this situation followed any sort of laws of logic.
She didn't have to contemplate any of this though as Felix began to raise up into the air along with the little girl he'd been trying to get to. "Felix? Felix!" She tried to hang onto him, tried to pull him back down to the road, but only managed to get lifted herself. Frankly she would have been sucked into the great beast's mouth along with him had her hand not slipped from his shirt seconds before.
She landed against the Whale's nose with a rather startled yelp, and kicked away from it with both feet. Slamming her short heels against whatever bit of skin she could reach before dropping back to the path with a pained groan.
On the bright side she'd landed on her shoulder again, and although the sudden shock of pain was enough to make her gage, it had popped the joint back into the socket, so when she went to push herself back up she once again had the use of her left arm. It was sore, but it was functional again.

Fritz was still flailing like a madman.
"I DON'T WANT TO DIE OH JEEZ CAN I GO HOME NOW PLEASEEEE - !!
And he was not even remotely aware of the fact that he looked like a total dork while he ran around panicking, green, and bearing a remarkable resemblance to a terrified stalk of asparagus.
"NO SERIOUSLY, WHY MEEEEEEEEEEEEE - "
The rest of Frtiz's sentence was drowned out, something monstrous and massive dragging him backwards. With a wailing screech of fright, he realized he was being sucked into the whale - no, do not want, do not want!
He kicked, screamed, punched, and flailed, but to no use other than to bruise his knuckles on the inside of the enormous creature as he was pulled into its belly. Everything seemed to be tumbling in all at once, a blur of bright colors flashing before his eyes as Fritz tumbled head over heels on the slimy insides of the space whale, finally coming to a stop when he rolled into someone. When he looked up, he could see that it was Ian, the guy he'd been talking to before. Leaping to his feet, Fritz seized him by his collar.
"OH JEEZ IAN YOU'RE ALIVE CAN WE PLEASE GET OUT OF HERE ALREADY SKDLFN - "

When he noticed that Fritz was being pulled into the whale, Ian jumped in after him. He couldn't let his friend be eaten by a whale alone, and it would be easier to rescue him from the inside. He had escaped the first time easily enough, and was certain that he could do it again. Or not. It was alright though, they were both in the whale together, and would only have to wait for the next chance to escape. " It's alright, Fritz," Ian attempted to reasurre him. He hadn't noticed how, pretty, the green male was, but there were more important things. Like escaping. He patted his shoulder. " We'll get out soon enough." He was glad that he hadn't taken off his socks after all, this slime on his bare feet would just be icky. [Attempting to Rescue Fritz!]

There seemed to be a whale again. Gloomy from hurting Ricky, and having lost track of all his other friends for the moment, Grant could only look at the whale as it began to take a deep breath.
Was he about to get eaten?
It didn't seem fair, andw hat happened to all the bats? Everyone was suddenly flying toward this whale, and Grant could do nothing to defend against it. Or maybe he could, but he didn't.
He was just so sad, watching everyone getting sucked into the mouth of the whale, wishing he could do something to help them and feeling so pointedly small compared to the rest of this cruel, overwhelming world. Or not world. Space. Whatever it was proported to be, in this hallucination or nightmare.
As he felt himself land inside the whale he suddenly snapped out of his daze, letting out a miserable wail.
"I've been eaten! I hope, at least, that I taste good... and its not allergic to me..." And, with a sniffle, he sounded like he meant it.

He sank to his bottom, looking around in wonder at the strange new scene. He wasn't certain what to do, and he was still so sad about everything. Optimism continued to fail him, and he could only think about the more bleak version of the 'bright side'.
Hopefully he tasted good, and all that. As long as the whale was happy, it seemed, that was all he could hope for at the moment.
He was tired and the change in his personality was wearing on him in strange ways. It made him tingle. He stared at the 'floor', though he knew it was space whale mouth. Or throat. Or stomach. How far had he been dragged in? And what difference did it make?
It would be a shame if the space whale hadn't even tasted him. But at least it might be full, and wouldn't want to eat anyone else. He poked at the floor listlessly, which didn't really count as an effort to escape.

...Could all these pussies just stop bitching already ? Joshua was about to, in fact, state this rather angily.
He was rather suddenly swallowed up by the whale as it started puffing out. He'd been so close to the damn thing that he never had a chance to even turn away.
The pain in his broken forearm was like agony, literally the worse thing he'd ever felt. He was trying to keep it as limp as he could - wasn't there a damn nurse earlier, where the ******** as she when he needed her ?! - but it wasn't working too well. The insides smelled like s**t. There was goop all over the place. it was covering his hair. That was ******** YOU !" He kicked at the nearest glowing thing he saw.
He didn't even care if it belonged to the whale or not.
