As the continued walking without even looking back at parth and Jian, Takara said to Runa, "Runa, stay right here...for I have to move this branch that is in the way. Dont move ok?" then she let go of Runa's arm and hurried to move the branch out of the way, but it was bigger and heavier than she had thought it was. Struggling with it for she was determined to move it, she decided to take her sword out and chop away at it. While doing this she yelled back at Runa, "It's taken longer just slowly lower yourself to the ground Runa and relax ok?"

I sat down onto my knees and brought my head down, "Am I low enough Takara", I asked sitting there, wishing I could help.

Laying flat back down to dodge the strike once more, Jian then slowly sat back up; cigarette still in mouth. "Eden...Heaven...It matters little...Angels are angels...But then again, I suppose those from the Heavens would be far more challenging than you...I mean, they are truly angels...You and the rest from Eden...Well, you are nothing more than paracites with wings..."

His blade swiftly striking upon Jian's back, he immediately unsheathed his crescent blades, crossing them over his back; locking steel. Sparkings jumping every now and then, Jian then rolled forward; breaking the lock.

Rising to his feet, Jian then cracked his neck once more, sheathing the blades; lifting the spear slowly. "Again...acting out in rage? For shame..." A synical tone high in his voice. "I wonder what Takara would think of you, now...?" Smirking continuously, he then placed the spear over his back; sliding his right foot forward--arms chest level. "...Probably not too much."

As I finally reached the island, I docked my boat; setting foot upon the damned earth. Unsure of what was to come, I went to reach for my spear, but remembered Jian still had it. "Sh*t..." I sighed in angst, cautiously heading foward. "...No matter...I just better find them and get the hell out of here as quick as possible..." With that, I began to head into the demonic woods; eyes shooting all around.

I gasped wanting to raise my head but remained still. "Takara! He's here! Kang....he is here on the island...I know him anywhere...it's him,"I said but stayed down while she worked on the branch. Kand...I thought, my mind beginning to rush. It was all I could do to sit still, I knew that even if I tried to run to him, I would run into something or trip or something, so I stayed put. Kang...Im here, I thought.

Walking cautiously about, I kept my guard high. Unsure of what truly resided within these woods, I ignited my arms on fire; releasing intense heat from my body. "Runa...?" I softly whispered; searching around for her. "Runa...where are you...?"

Hearing soft whimpers in the air, I whipped around; releasing the flames around my arms. "...Runa!?" I swiftly, yet cautiously began to walk towards the source of the sounds. "Run, are you there!? Answer me, please!"

As I continued onward, I suddenly heard snarling from behind me. Whipping myself around, I saw that three lycans stood behind me. Their fangs flaring and claws jutting out, I took a deep sigh. "What is it...you want with me...?"

"You...Your scent..." The leading lycan braskly spoke. "Your scent...is of the one who attacked us!!"

"Yes..." Another one said. "He consumed our commrads!! Ate their HEARTS!!"

"You will pay for his ignorance!!"

"I've done no such thi--" Before I could finish. I realized that they must be speaking of Jian. I then instantly shut my mouth; knelting on the ground. "...I shall take any punishment that will be dealt to me..."

At first, they looked at me in astonishment, but quickly began to slash and stomp on my repeatedly. As the sounds of their claws cutting through my flesh, I held in my screams. This was the price to pay. This was my punishment. This was my burden.
