Well, there is only one real prerequisite to become the Fairy: you are either a member of the NSTG crew (captain, vize, crew; here is a link to the sign up thread) OR you are a CAP volunteer (here is the link to the crew assistance program).

Then again, feel free to gift people anonymously. You can always do that. biggrin
