Ooh, croissant! Just as good as toast, if not even better! Aside from the beer, I must say I really admire your consumption habits! surprised
And now, while I may not have coffee, I do have a cup of sympathy for you, Petite. I rather know the feeling; socialising can be a pain in the wrong circumstances. Hope things will lighten up in their time!

I'm not in the best of moods right now. This time next week I was supposed to be finalizing my packing for a trip to Oregon for a river cruise on the Snake River. But, now that's not happening. The cruise line is going belly up and canceled every cruise they have, including ours. This totally sucks. I had been looking forward to Oregon ALL SUMMER and now it's another ruined chance at a real vacation. I don't count the quickie trip to Orlando for my niece's dance competition in February as a vacation. I don't count my brother's wedding last year as a vacation. I haven't had a real vacation in three years. This was going to be my first real vacation in years and now it's gone.

@ Velvet: Thanks!- I mean, when I'm not pigging out at night, I keep a pretty steady diet. . . Sometimes that includes a bit of Yorkshire pudding. (Mmmmmm Yorkshire pudding<3)

@ Styk: I don't know if we'll get it all back. We filed with the travel insurance provider to get what we could. The airfare isn't going to be refunded in money at all. It's vouchers for air travel at a later date less a one hundred dollar rescheduling fee. Kind of sucks as this would have been my first cruise ever.

Chibi - That really sucks. It's not fair that you aren't getting a complete refund.
Sil - Nice! I think I'll be getting some art from you in the future..Hirewire Belladonna comes first though.
Guys, I'm cleaning out my inventory. I have a ton of stuff...mostly old MCs and some 1st gen EIs..If you are looking for something let me know. I may have it, and I'll give you a good price.

We're hoping for some time next year if we can get everyone on the same schedule. My parents want to do something for their 50th with the family.
And for the real reason I'm posting. If you haven't done so watch Hawaii Five-0. First episode is up on CBS.com and let me tell you it has me quite impressed.

I also hate how they're using the 'Magnum P.I.' theme song for a make-up commercial. . . Dude, seriously?
When I hear Magnum's theme, I think of the ever so manly Tom Selleck with a mustache! D< NOT frakken make-up!!
