Qastor Sugino Sakada "I see...." he grasped the blade then drew it,"the Kagami Yaiba.... Sword of the Okazi..... its a.... Sakabato.... indeed fitting...." He held the blade as it shimmered in the light, a small scroll fell out of the hollow bottom cap of the sheath. Picking it up he opened it,"A... Kenjutsu scroll...... Hiten.... Mit...surugi..... Ryu..... Hiten-Mitsurugi-Ryu...... I have never heard of such a style before. Does anyone in the family know how to use this besides myself, how long shall I train till I can use this sword to its full potential?" He nodded to Jaice," I see.... then I shall call a squad to be dispatched on your signal I presume, is that the course of action you wish me to take?" (25 years.) Sannin of Magma- Jaice Tsumehari- The Black Dragon of Konoha The Ho Bushin smiled thinly. "If necessary; I do not wish to weaken Konoha by doing so... I have become much stronger than Setoru realizes through training and experience since that incident where he rammed the sword through my chest," he said quietly. He knew that would surprise Qastor; it was known to him and quite a few of the higher ranking shinobi like Sei that he had had a katana rammed through his torso near his heart and survived, but Jaice had never mentioned who had actually done it, only that the man had retreated before finishing him.

James stepped into the room more and turned to Jaice "So, why would someone get away for doing that? That would be my question." She stood there and looked at Jaice and the Hokage, she honestly wanted to know, maybe taking him down would be her mission.

"Luck and timing on his part, and at the time I was too injured to finish him off; he still carries the scar on his lower ribcage on the left side. b*****d's pursuing us even now... too bad he's pissed me off and picked a bad day for it," he muttered, relaying his true self's emotions at the moment. "If he gets away this time... I'll relay which direction he headed and mention it to you if you want Setoru Nagoshima so bad," he said softly.

"Your a high rank...I'm going to assume...why haven't you and some ANBU taken him out? Isn't that kinda your job?" She asked semi-innocently but she just wanted to know why the man had gotten away. She looked over Jaice and knew that he had to be a high rank "If someone could train me I think that with the Military might and skill we can take him out."

"He's an A Ranked criminal in no less than four Bingo Books, by the way," he added with a snort.

She crossed her arms and looked at him "Your point being? Your a high rank and you obviously have skills...why isn't he mortally wounded at the least?" She sized him up again and started to tap her foot.

Sannin of Magma- Jaice Tsumehari- The Black Dragon of Konoha The Bushin sighed. "Gee... maybe because he's very skilled at Shigure Souen and he's close to ANBU at stealth skill," he muttered. "The slash was deep enough to see his ribs and spleen inside, I know that for sure," he muttered. Of course he'll soon be dead, I'm making certain of that, he thought.

"Alright now, thats enough, its not your place to question past events, nor do I believe you came here to do so in the first place. What can I help you with, James, is it something of importance," he motioned for Artemis to come inside his office.

James nodded and looked at Jaice "I'm sorry..." She stepped more towards the Hokage "I'm James Yagi and I'm here to be apart of the Leaf. I know a few techniques already and i know that I can be great for the Leaf." She was confident in her skills and she would hope that the Hokage would take that into consideration before he picked her squadmates "I have met a few shinobi here in the leaf that are genin too and that would make good team mates."

He was now amused and leaned back in his chair,"And who is it that you want in your squad then.... have you already picked your teacher to save me the trouble as well ?" He chuckled and relaxed tossing her the Leaf headband as he opened his desk drawers,"Aside from your team what can I get you?"

She laughed and nodded "Indeed, I have decided that too." She pointed at Jaice "If I want to be the best then I have to be taught by the best and I'm sure that your schedual is full so I'm going with an alternate." She also thought about the people that she wanted in her squad "Icarus, he's new and really cool...maybe we can set up a 2 man team?"

"Well well, in that case, Jaice-sama, can you afford a few students right now, after you get back alive of course?" He chuckled, so it would be James and Icarus.... who else should he put with the odd pair, he though quietly then he knew whom he would choose.
