@Kumo: For sealing masters: TOO BAD. As a summoning specialist, I had to wait until genin rank until that became of any use to me as well. It took up a whole ninja type, but I still couldnt use a summon at academy level. Same Principle with sealing. A sealing jutsu is supposed to be very powerful, so allowing even a chuunin to use one is a strech.

Description: This is a recreation of the technique Sasori used to have the Sand ninja act as a sleeper until the time was right. The target must first be in complete agreement to be under the mind lock before anything can happen, that way no one who is unwilling will be affected. The user will then perform the seals, and touch the head of the target. They will speak a mission at the time, or a set of goals while doing so. The directions must be clear. After, any memory of the event is locked away in the target's mind, and stored behind a seal. The user chooses when the seal should break. While under the seal, the target would go about their daily routines, not even having the slightest recollection of this happening. When the seal is broken, the mission and goals will rush back into them, allowing them to be carried out at the proper time.
Rp Sample
The robed woman questioned Akito's intentions. He responded loyaly, and truthfully. She could detect no lies, and thusly, placed her hands on his head. The chakra entered his mind, causing his thoughts to go blank. The mission was spoken softly, emtiting from her full lips: "Bring me the jinchuuriki of your village. Leave no witneses, nor any trace of your departure." And with that, the seal was placed. Akito fell on the ground, unconscious.
It had been years since the seal was placed on Akito, and of course he had no recollection of it. Currently, he was sitting at his desk, filing the report of his mission. His team had succesfully completed a D-ranked mission that was assigned to them. It was a wonder really, since the jinchuuriki of his team was rather erratic and hairbrained at times. A soft smile hit his lips. Despite that, he was trustworthy, and worked hard. Then, as if out of nowhere, he dropped his pen, his jaw dropped, and his eyes glazed over. It was as if a splitting headache had hit him square on. The seal in his mind had been broken. Memories of the night it had been placed flooded his brain, and he rose, setting out to fulfill his duty.

Description: This technique is solely used by Guren, First she creates a number of crystal flowers. Then she grows these flowers into a gigantic labyrinth consisting of red crystals, confusing all enemies inside of it. The enemies will mostly be lost because of the fact that the red crystals reflect their personal image as well as generates mirror images of the routes, paths, and details within the labyrinth, confusing and intimidating them. It is even capable of confusing the Byakugan. Because of the crystal's stable molecular structure, a simple attack focused at one point is rendered useless, as its wide surface will evenly disperse the force of the attack, reducing the attack's effectiveness. To overcome this technique, an attack that has impact force both wide and powerful is required to smash through it.
Rp Sample
The sannin leaped back and straightened up his form, looking down at his opponents. He somewhat expected an ambush, just not so many opponents. His mind slowly processed the event, thinking of ways to neutralize this without losing much chakra. In his mind came across three techniques that'll end it for all, thus punishing the group of rouges by wondering for days without food or water. They picked the wrong place to strike, for they were in the middle of nowhere almost. Away from most civilization. The idea of it brought a wicked smile to his face. The rouge shinobi in front of him ran towards him, preparing handsigns when Zaiaku made his own, and threw down a flashbomb, giving off a brilliant light which blinded everyone looking. Suddenly the noise of shattering earth brought attention to the assailant, which he leaped backwards as several rows of spiked crystals emitting purple light ran towards him. As he flipped to the side he noticed the sannin running towards him. Nodding, another rouge nin kicked him in the side, sending the sannin into the wall of crystals, however he exploded into a cloud of shimmering dust, which caught the light and blinded them once more.
Shoton: Hari Bunshin no Jutsu proves its usefulness all the time Orochi thought as he was within the crystals, being the dark color they were it would be difficult to spot him quickly, plus they didn't expect him to be within his own crystal. However, thanks to his training in Shoton: Hari Keika no Jutsu, he is able to do so. Sending out another clone he moved to the furthest corner of the rows and then created several crystal flowers, which were around the perimeter of the furthest rouge nin, which wasn't too far. Once the other clone was destroyed, he made a seal and the flowers rapidly grew, combining together and finally the area was within a crystal labyrinth. Emerging at the top of the labyrinth prison, the sannin took off, leaving the ones trapped within it to starve and die off.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. The user needs to prepare for the use of this sealing jutsu, taking at least half a post, or an entire post to create the seal across their fingers before delivering it to the target. The seal itself must strike them in the chest or stomach to be effective. The effects of the seal differ based on the target it is used against...
Normal targets: Once struck with the seal, the user is stunned for a post and is incapable of using chakra on their next post. After this initial effect, the user's chakra flow is unwieldy and it becomes difficult for them to form their jutsu. They suffer an immediate 20% decrease to their total chakra pool, and all of their jutsu now cost 1.5x the normal amount. Also, the user is only able to use jutsu at their rank or below. This effect is permanent until the seal is removed by the Five Elements Unseal technique.
Jinchuuriki: Jinchuuriki are particularly affected by this seal... even worse then other ninja. The seal itself places an odd-numbered seal over the typical even-numbered seal used for sealing the beasts in a host. As such, aside from the effects on normal ninja, Jinchuuriki lose all ability to call upon the demons within them and lose all granted benefits of the demons until the seal itself is removed (by the five elements Unseal jutsu).

Description: It is simular to the seal that the members of Root from the actual Naruto manga have to keep them from speaking of Danzo's doings. this seal actually takes it a step further. The seal is tattooed onto the back of the neck to ensure loyalty of subordinates. If one is to disobey or speak out about the one who forms the tattoo the seal detonates. The detonation is so strong decapitates the one who bares the tattoo. The seal can also be detonated by maker by using a simple hand sign.
Making the Loyalty of Death Seal is neither quick nor easy as it must be tattooed with a great deal of chakra forming along with it. it is a complex jutsu and as such can not be removed without a great deal of knowlege of the jutsu, time and the ability to see the chakra shifting in the tattoo. in mistakes will be deadly as the seal is designed to go detonate if tampered with (this makes removal impossible for even those who know how to apply the jutsu)

It had taken Fordon an hour to form the Loyalty of Death Seal tattoo on the dog. It had been days of experimenting but Fordon was sure he had at last done it. The disobedient dog would be perfect to test it on. Holding his hand close to the dog it let out a snarl. With a smile Fordon took a few steps back and ordered it to come. When the dog backed away the seal activated there was and eruption of blood and tissue as the dead body dropped to the floor. The last thing that was to come to a stop was the head which came sliding up to Fordon's foot. With a smile Fordon muttered "bad dog" The next day in a clean lab Fordon had a new test subject which to test the next stage of the seal. The man was a criminal known for trying to betray the village. "What did you do to me?!?" the man screamed now that he was awake. "carrying out the death sentence you were given by the village." Fordon replied then with a flick of his wrist formed the hand sign that activated seal on the man's neck. Again the resulting explosion took the victom's head clean off. "looks like its ready." Fordon said with cruel smile

Once an attack is launched towards the shinobi he may bring out the object bearing the seal and activate it. Once the seal is activated black wall will curve around the Sealing Specialist. The wall is a barrier that will teleport away incoming attacks sent at it. The user can divert away ANY attack that comes in contact with the wall, warping it to any location of their choosing. Rp SampleThe attack was incredibly large, as to be exspected from a Fire-Elemental shinobi. Even from a distance of several miles the Senju could feel poweveral heat radiating from the descending sphere of fire. The fireball itself was nearly half the size of the village and would definetly devestate a large portion of Konoha, had the Senju not been aware of the attack. First he simply tapped the ground with a foot, effortlessly summoning a massive Salamander that stood several hundred feet above Konoha. The creature lethargically examined its surroundings and simply glanced at the incoming ball of fire before simply going back to sleep. As a high level Salamander even that massive ball of fire would be vastly ineffective against its special skin and natural defences. The Senju withdrew a kunai from his pouch and made sure the proper sealing formula had been applied to the projectile before cocking an arm back. Utilizing the transcendental strength granted to the Senju Clan thanks to their massive amount of physical energy the kunai flew towards the ball of fire and phenomenal speeds. Once the Senju judged the timing and distance correctly he released the seal on the kunai and a large black wall appeared before it. The fireball effortlessly slid into the black wall, abosrbed into the technique as the seal faded away and left no vestiges of the technique. Because he couldnt just leave the jutsu within that alternate dimensioon the Senju released it a few miles into the air and over the seal level, releasing a massive burst of heat that would create some large waves. Thankfully the waves would dissipate before they hit the short but by this time the Senju had un-summoned the Salamander and welcomed the joyful cries of the villagers with a sheepish smile. It takes One posts to create Five (You MUST keep count)seals. Every posts requires an A ranked chakra percentage to fuel the jutsu, but creates the seals to be applied onto any surface by simply creating floating Kanji that can be planted anywhere. Once these seals are created the user can arm them at a distance and instantly transport himself to that location, exceeding the speed of even the renown Shunshin because of the instant relocation. The user is able to use this to escape hazardous situations, close the distance between targets, aid allies, relocate allies, and for long range travel. You can only travel to a seals location nowhere else. If that seal happened to end up in a pit of lava, tough luck. Rp SampleMattei channeled large amounts of chakra into the special ink brush, carefully making a set of intricate seals that briefly glowed as an intense amount of chakra was stored within. The seals were now capable of transmigrating the user through space and time to grasp Mattei and bring him to their location. Of course he had to enter the specialized wormhole created, which put a substantial amount of pressure on his body as he travelled at high velocities to the exit point were he was drawn to a sudden, painful halt. He decided to use test out some of his older seals located in the Kirigakure warehouse and, with a simple thought, his body was drawn to the seals location by substituting the special formula ink with his body. The formula would dissolve in the transition but Mattei would suddenly find himself in a familiar enviroment, an empty talisman at his feet. At this point the user is granted access to the victims mind and is capable of sealing memories. However the seals power is dependent on the victims chakra flow. If the victim were to lose more than 95% of their chakra they would be able to catch very brief glimpses of these blocked memories until their chakra was restored. The less chakra they have the more memory they regain until the reach 1 percent of their chakra and they remember everything. The victim hair is often cut before the seal is applied to hide it from sight but a Counter-Seal of equal power could negate this technique. Rp SampleThe seal on the Jounins head began to fracture, though he never could explain why nor did he know it was there. He just knew that something always weakened when he was low on chakra and he was honestly afraid of what would happen if it broke. It had been within him as earlier as the time he challenge the Sealing Sannin Tensaijin Kanja, but he never managed to connect any dots. As his training became more rigorous and more jutsu was used he suddenly found unfamiliar pictures swimming through his mind. Though he was still training the flow of visions intensified as he used more jutsu but the Jounin found he couldn't stop. Panic set in as his chakra reached an all time low but soon that panic was filled with understanding as the seal broke and his true memories poured into his head. He remembered why he was demoted to Jounin rank, because of his failure in a mission as an ANBU and his loss of intelligence on Kirigakure. Your Rank: Sannin Name of Jutsu: Counter-Seal Rank of Jutsu: E Range of Jutsu: Personal Jutsu's Element: Fuinjutsu Description: First, to use a Counter-Seal on another seal the ninja must have learned the seal they are countering. Counter Seals do NOT effect Demon-Sealing techniques but are able of negating the effects of up to A rank seals if an equal amount of chakra is supplied to the seal. This is very effective againt seal-related traps as they do not trigger the trap. Remember knowledge of the technique you are countering must be known to you! Rp SampleMultiple seals were overlapping the trap, and several trip wires intersected over the talismans to prvent being disarmed. The young Jounin Tensai carefully cut these wires and repositioned them away from the talismans in order to disarm the multiple defences and barriers within the ruins. He removed the glove from his left hand and drew a blank talisman from his sleeve, calmly positioning it over the seals. His bare hand traced an invisible design on the talisman but with the application of chakra the seals flowed in clear script. Once his talisman was complete he applied more chakra and it systematically disarmed the protective seals over the talisman. In that time he set his own trap seal and rigged trip wire to the explosive talismans at the entrance. Your Rank: Sannin Name of Jutsu: Time Dilation Seal Rank of Jutsu: D Range of Jutsu: Wherever the Seal is Jutsu's Element: Fuinjutsu Description: This seal is able to effect the passage of time on an object or attack. The talisman can be enscribed onto a kunai or projectile weapon and then launched at an incoming attack. On contact the attack (except Taijutsu) is sealed into the kunai or, if the user wishes, the kunai will revert the technique back into unprocessed chakra which is rapidly dispersed with no hope of absorbtion. If the attack is sealed into the kunai or object it can be unleashed at any time. This is only effective against techniques up to B rank. Rp SampleThe incoming stream of fire met the kunai but instead of reducing it to molten metal the flames began to swirl around the projectile, effortlessly sliding into the engraved seal at the kunai flew, undettered, at the enemy Chuunin. It pierced the enemies left thigh but Tensai, being the merciless Jounin he was during the Ninja Wars, unleashed the sealed technique during a time of full potency. As a result the ninja thigh was nearly blasted apart as the kunai exploded into shards of molten metal and fire that consumed the enemy in brilliant amber light. Tensai allowed the remainder of his squad to execute the enemy if they chose but he knew they were more focused on their true task of intercepting Konoha ANBU squad and retrieving enemy intelligence.

Eh…. Sorry about this everybody. I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve had a hard time trying to find time to eat, let alone get on Gaia (special thanks to Lance, Shay, and Zane for reminding me to eat xD ) Not to mention that I just found out I have Iron Deficiency Anemia, so I’ve been busy trying to get that under control before I wind up going into the hospital… again.
All in all, I’ve been pretty sick lately too. You can thank Kay, Zane, and Shay for me getting on Gaia at all these past few weeks. They have been sending me texts and calling me telling me to get on so I don’t wind up just “disappearing”
Uh… so I don’t know what Hinote has approved or denied. Give me today to figure it out and approve/deny the jutsus that haven’t been yet. Again, I’m sorry for the late update.
Also, anybody found arguing with a mod about their jutsu’s will just be ignored until they can learn respect. I tough as this may be, I’m tired of people arguing with not just one, but multiple crew members about something. If you must initiate in petty bickering there is a thing called PM’s where you can gladly take your flames and burn them.

Summoning Air Current- I looked over it again. You’re RP sample was a bit confusing; but after you explained to me what it was, it doesn’t looked bad. Try and clean up the sample for me; but other than that, APPROVED. (Sorry it took so long to look at it. Forgive me! gonk )

@Jade- That’s got to be the most understandable justs request I’ve read; however, since the jutsu already exists, since Sasori created it, it’s not a custom. I, don’t see anything wrong with it (dear God, I wish more customs were submitted this way) so I’m approving it. If anybody has any problem with it, they can revoke it at any time.
@Tenshi- Is Hinote looking at this? Or do you just want me to go ahead and look at it?

I’m afraid the jutsu is too OPed. Considering, we can’t have a bunch of people running around knowing the jutsu, and forcing seals on to other characters. There would be a blood bath… and a very pissed Greg, due to all the profiles that would be submitted.
Can you put a limitation on it please? I'll look at it again after than.

No, Hinote isn't checking these so you can go ahead :3
And If I may say something about Kurg's jutsu, it seems like it would be a Hunter-Nin/ANBU commander technique so VERY few people should even know how to use it. Also it takes time to perform so it can't just be slapped onto somebody in the middle of a battle.

Tenshi: While I still don't like the idea, that is the best version of that jutsu I've seen made up yet... I'm not approving it until you make the unsealing technique though, for obvious reasons.
Could you add a second way to undo it though? We have very few people who will even look at sealing, so if a rogue started hitting people with that, it could make a real mess.
Shira: That's the only one currently up that I'm directly involved in. Go nuts on the rest!

Description: This jutsu is the opposite of the five elements sealing technique. Using the exact same amount of power to make the seal, this jutsu can break the seal thus freeing the target's chakra flow allowing it to be controlled properly once more. The user needs to prepare for the use of this technique, about half a post or a full post, similar to the Five Elemental Seal, to create the seal over their fingers to counter act the first one, overall cancelling out the two. The user's hand must strike the area where the seal is in place, otherwise you just wasted your chakra in attempting to break a seal that is in another part of the body (stomach or chest). Breaking the seal gives two effects, though it is obvious.
Normal: Once the seal is broken, the user is stunned for a post due to the impact being similar to how the seal was placed in the beginning. During their next post, chakra starts returning regularly to the target and their jutsu slowly returns to full power. It takes three posts before the chakra flow is fully stablizied and the system is fully restored. Unlike how the seal takes quick effect, the healing time is takes longer. This fully removes the seal.
Jinchuuriki: Once the seal is removed, the user takes similar side effects as the regular shinobi do. Now that the odd numbered seal is removed, they can now once again have access to their demons and regain the abilities from their respective demon. The time it takes to be in contact with their demon however, unlike the stabilizing of their chakra flow, is immediant.
I hope this works for you, as for a second way....I can't say it'll be easy without making it too easy ya know? So maybe any kage can learn this, while I'll have to be the one to teach the sealing technique so everyone doesn't go rampant with it and keep the numbers very limited. As shown in the anime, very few could perform the seal, and very few can remove the seal. So it somewhat balances it out right?
