[[ im brining one bunny! ]]

Sypher sat up when their sensei came, blushing lightly cause the cute bunnies were gone but a couple still sat near them, the documents smacked his face when thrown and all you could hear was a soft 'ow' before Sypher held the documents gently in his arms and set the baby bunny on his head.
"I-I'll be a good target with it...y-you guys better keep a eye out!" He stood up and followed behind their sensei, glad they didn't have to run.

Cryshal watches as the document went to Sypher, She looks at them and looks at sypher, "Don't worry Sypher.... we'll do what we can to protect you. If the need arises, why do you think I bought this before the mission?" As she finishes her sentence she points to the sword on her back. She looks forward toward the wilderness and finishes by saying, "We'll protect you with our lives."

As the document hit Sypher's face, Zaku couldn't help but chuckle. He stood up and followed behind the others as he heard Chris' remark on protecting Sypher with her life. With your life? Thats.. insane Uncertain of this team dynamic, and barely knowing everyone, he wasn't sure if risking hes life for them was his best choice. He watched the sky, as he followed behind them, contemplating the idea of being a team.

"Well that's just dumb." The Jounin looked at Chris with a look of utter astonishment at the idiocy she portrayed in his presence. "Why would you do that with your life? You're supposed to make sure nothing happens in the first place. Aren't you a ninja? Ninja don't throw their lives away to protect someone. They SPEND their lives protecting their village and its inhabitants." At this point Ashllyn was just having fun being critical of Chris. Turning his purple hues to Sypher, or should it be the bunny on Sypher's head, the man shook his head in disgrace before heading off. The man positioned himself so that he was in the middle of all his little chicks. He felt more like a mother hen than he ever had. His first team of Genin was turning out to be...entertaining at least. How long had he been avoiding getting a team now? It had to be a few years...or...was it months? Ashllyn usually spent all his time lazing about so time held no real meaning for him. "So...to fill the awkwardness how about we play a little game. It's called 'Who's the Crow'. And yes, I just made it up. Here are the rules. Everyone must say one fact, and cannot say if that fact is truth or a lie. The others must deduct whether or not the information given was in fact a truth or a lie. Here's the kicker, you must make it seem like a believable fact no matter how wrong it is. And, there will only be 1 liar. I'll tell you each what you'll be in secret and you can't tell anyone else. Ready?" Ashllyn leaned forwards and whispered into Sypher's ear, covering his mouth so that the others couldn't see his lips move. When he finished, he moved to Chris and finally over to Zaku. "Alright, let's start~ Obviously I won't be playing but this'll keep you guys entertained for a while and you'll learn a little about each other too. Oh, and let's see...Once everything says who they think is lying, the true liar will reveal themselves and the match will start over. Whoever gets the most correct gets dinner on me when we get home."

Zaku decided to take the initiative. "So anything about our selves, eh" Without looking down from the sky, Zaku said "My favorite color is blue, like the sky" He stopped his upward gaze, and began to watch wear he was walking.

Zin Naga
User Image

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Zin blinked as he heard a cry of pain that was not of the man it was intended for. For a moment, Zin feared to look around, as he heard the hisses from Nagi and Hitan. Speaking that which made no sense. "I hit... Matsuya?" Shakingly, Zin turned around and looked down at the crumpled figure of Matsuya. Frontal body scarred from the flames and the direction of his cut; an impossible injury to heal for even the most prestigious medical nin. Like a cold spear of reality piecing through his heart and entering his very soul, the Naga Prince felt numb. How.... How could this happen? Matsuya had left! Furthermore, when could Zin have been put into a Genjutsu, to not have seen this coming?

"Emotion... I must not lose to it. The moment I lose to it will be the moment he'll overcome and defeat me. This has to be a trick... Matsuya left... This has to be a trick.... Zin kept repeating to himself. Pushing away emotions and suppressing them, though it was a little more difficult than usual. Due his age and his cracked psychosis, his mental state was on the verge of cracking to such imagery before him; if it weren't for his critical mind keeping the continuous mental support in stating the falseness of what he was seeing.

If he was put into a Genjutsu, Zin must be more careful. His father didn't have many techniques in the art, or at least from what he has read from his notes, but he did have enough that could debilitate an opponent greatly. One that Zin himself utilized from his eyes. But the more he thought about Orochi utilizing Matsuya as a possible scapegoat, the more Zin wanted to simply rampage. Fighting the warmth that gave a tinge to his eyes, Zin looked silently at Orochimaru. Pupils barely existent in those eyes that had a faint reddening, due to the mixture of emotion and the anger he had silently attempting to spike within. Though before the child began to re-assess how he was going to attack, Orochimaru took his attention else. Like a agitated serpent seeing an opening, Zin leaned forward to strike once again but failed to bring the strike as his father disappeared after his departing words. As the mist rolled back and the atmosphere lightened, Zin murderous intent was high; thickly surrounding the Naga prince like a pungent cloud. "Make sure you are ready next time father..." Zin hissed, as the illusions disappeared, which only put more anger in the already livid serpent prince for such trickery. "Because I will kill you. And put you into the lost tier of hell...." With that statement, and his face contorted hideously into what would nearly look like the slow formation of a cobra's face, Zin let out an echoing hiss of frustration that would startle even those that are awakening from their little "slumber".

Thankfully for those surrounding the area, the Naga child was left alone. Those that had reports, reconsidered in giving a paper copy in the morning when Zin's mood is less threatening. The only ones that dared come beside the livid psychotic child, was Nagi and Hitan. Who felt their master's anguish, and responded with with needed silence. There was really, not much to say to console him at this point; who ever made this ploy, had created quite a vicious enemy. With a turn of his heel and a departure from the gates, Zin left with nothing more than a few simple instructions. "Reassemble the defenses." Something that didn't take much explanation, or rather, one shouldn't ask for more explanation lest they not return to their families when their shift ends. As for his uncle, his "healing ritual", really was his brother's form of immortality technique. Wasted, unfortunately, but at the very least, it was good to have another corpse to inhabit until his soul takes complete control over the body once again.

Sypher held the documents close and tightly, listening to the game details and sighing, so they had to find the liar eh? He thought a bit and looked up from the ground at them. "My family resides in Kirigakure, we our a thriving clan there." He looked to the female of the group, awaiting her voice before they could guess on who was lying.

"But sensei, by protecting Sypher with my life, am I not protecting the inhabitants of the Hidden Leaf? What if these documents were to be placed in the hands of the enemy, if we lose these documents we fail. We not only fail each other, but we fail the entire village. Do we not sensei?" She then looks at their sensei with an expression of trying to clearly understand the importance of the situation.

As the first two already went, she then was thinking on what to say. She thought for a short while then finally said, "I have Very little training with a sword, the only training I ever received was when I was training in the woods alone." She then plays the sentences back inside of her head thinking of who the liar could be.

She has an idea, but she thinks about why their sensei would introduce this game. Then it hit her, "This game was about information gathering. In a way through this game, sensei was teaching all of us a vital skill of being a shinobi!" She thought to herself and she felt a little accomplished.

"Don't say 'do we not', you're not 80 years old nor intelligent enough to use it without sounding like you're trying to overreach yourself. And you're wrong. He's not important, the document is. Don't focus on protecting just a single thing or you'll lose the sense of your surroundings. " Ashllyn let his eyes go from one kid to the next as they spoke. Feeling a little left out now with the game, he decided to join in on the conversation. Should he lie or tell the truth? "I have a diary," the man said. "It's pink with with a bunch of stickers all over the front. Kittens, bunnies and stars." Letting his eyes lift to the grassy road before them, Ash smiled. "Now, let's begin with who we think are the liars. Tallest to shortest first. Once everyone says who they think the liar is, then the liar will admit themselves."

[Yep~ Time to go read your fellow shinobi's profiles and get a feel for who you are working with. For now just make sure you know their looks pretty well so you can comment on your surroundings in your posts. Making sure a shinobi knows what's going on and how things look is very important when in AND out of battle. It also helps to lengthen your posts when you know how to describe people and the area around you.]

Zaku looked at the other two, and quickly noticed the differences in height. "I guess thats me" he said proudly. Zaku looked back and forth between the two genin, moments later saying "My guess would have to be Sypher". He looked at Chryshal "I imagine your telling the truth, because you said you just bought your sword."

Looking at everybody else examining the facial expressions if any, she looks down and ponders on the situation for a short while. She looks up to the sky and notices that two clouds are starting to form she looks around and notices a slight change in the wind. "hmmm, if sypher is tellin the truth, then my only other guess would have to be Sensei... he doesn't seem to be THAT type of person, but one would never know. Zaku really didn't give much information to really be considered.

She lets out a small sigh then looks at them again. "My guess would have to be, Sensei." She looks down in hopes that she's right and hopes that she has at least decent information gathering skills.

Sypher smiled just slightly, he could defintly imagine their sensei with a diary, the girl however looked like she was training to be a swordsman because of her body type. "I think I'm lying to myself..." He said, people could lie to themselves and not figure it out if it was the truth or not.

Ashllyn raised a brow at Chris as she claimed him a liar. Dipping his hand into the bag at his side, he pulled out a flamboyantly colored book with a latch on it. "I said I had one, I never said it was directly mine. It belongs to a family member and I figured I'd get some interesting reading done on the trip. I don't think she'll mind....too much." His last little comment was said more to himself than anything else, but he tapped the blond on the head with the book before putting it away again. "Remember, just because an answer seems obvious, never expect the person to have said things exactly the way you imagine they did. A little left out information can make a huge difference. As for you," the man said as he turned his brilliantly shining purple eyes to Sypher, "That wasn't the instruction I gave you. So, you get a penalty round! You have to tell us all a secret, and if you lie, that's a hundred push-ups you have to do~ Try to trick me, and it'll be two hundred."

Ash gave a smile that showed he seemed to be enjoying his torment of the kids he suddenly put himself in charge of. Oh, that reminded him, he still had to turn in the paperwork before they were actually considered his... Oh well. There was plenty of time after the mission for that. "Now, I wonder who the real liar was." His voice made it as clear as crystal that it was a prompt for the true liar to reveal themselves. After they did that, then the round would begin again and that person would start with their lie or truth.

"Put me down! Put me down!" little bunny Gregar furiously demanded from atop his new perch. It was useless of course. Humans couldn't understand the art of nose twitch communication, and besides that, the human kidnapper wasn't even looking at him. So, he did the next best thing, and stomped his rear paws to show his irritation. He could jump, of course. He'd seen his brothers and sisters jump from higher things, but... Well dang it if he wasn't scared of heights.

Where had this day gone so wrong? He'd been happily feeding from mama when one of his oldest siblings decided they wanted to try meat instead of plants. So, they had snuck up on a sleeping human and attempted to smother it to death with their bodies. That had failed when a much larger human came along and scared them all off, but little Gregar had the misfortune of being far too curious for his own good, and stuck around to watch the humans. Maybe one of them would lie down again and they could try again. But then, it happened. Their target had turned around and captured him before he could run, and now here he was, stuck on top of the filthy human's head, rapidly watching his home vanish behind him.

One more extra hard stomp showed his anger at the situation, before he decided to make the best of his situation, and began methodically stripping the human's head of hair. It tasted surprisingly good!

~

Couldn't resist. I promise to not actually kill anyone this time though.

Fun bunny fact! Rabbits communicate through a wide series of physical actions, rather than sounds. There are only two sounds you will ever hear from a rabbit. One, is a grunt. They grunt for a variety of reasons, but the main one is a threat by mothers against those who come near their babies. If you meet a grunting mother, don't try to get past her to her babies without some sort of plan. She will take our fingers off. The second sound is a scream. A rabbit only screams when they believe they are in mortal danger, or, in fact, are dying. Even if the danger is only imagined, the rabbit will often die anyways, of a heart attack.

A couple of the physical communications used are the nose twitch, as referenced in this post. I don't know much about it, but patterns of nose twitching are apparently their closest thing to a form of verbal communication. Another is stamping. This can mean a lot of things, but usually signifies that the rabbit is either upset with you for something, or warning others of danger.

Zaku chuckled at Sypher being punished. He looked at Ash as he called out for the liar, and said to the group "As much as i love to stare at the sky..." He began to smile "I care not for its color, nor any other color" He made a more serious face, putting away his smile "Why waste time with playing favorites on useless things." He looked at the group, awaiting their response.
