"they can burp WAY louder. you know the grand canyon? well, my great grandpa ate so much, he let loose a burp big enough to cause a massive earthquake. that's how the canyon got there. true story." Izumi told Kiki.

Kiki gasped and covered her mouth. "Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to bring back sad memories." Kiki's ears drooped in a sad way.

Izumi still smiled. there was something about Kiki that he couldn't ignore. he didn't know what, but it was important. but, he just shrugged it off and walked away.
