The blue man sensed confusion from one and hostility from the other. He talks to them apologetically. "I am sorry. Spend no attention to me. Go back to food."

The man did not expect a response back and was delighted to talk. He smiles and responds. "Ah, hello Ilana. I am Ka-Hogen. I am fisherman near here." He looks over to the boy who is still glaring. Ka-Hogen feels nervous.

Lance continues to watch Ka-Hogen. He's tall, but thin. And he doesn't seem to have any weapons on him. He talks really strange though...as though this language is not his first... Lance thinks this to himself. "Name's Lance." Lance says and returns to his menu. Reef crawler... Lance thinks fondly as he sees it on the page.

"Ah, no. I sell them fish I catch. They pay nice, but they terrible cook them." Ka-Hogen says, his face wrinkling into a sort of frown. "I cook better, but they give me...dis-count, which means less money I spend here."

Lance shruggs. "I must be so hungry I can't think." Lance taps his fingers on the table in a distinct pattern that only Ilana would notice. It was their signal that meant, I'm watching that person.
