She twitched. "Ohh, don't remind me, don't remind me, change the subject"

"To what, exactly?" Reeve replies, a little heated. "Listen, if you've got a solution you're not sharing because of paperwork or some noise..."

"No, thick, thick, always so thick" She put several fingers to her head. "Change the subject if you want it to work."

"Change the subject, change the subject," Reeve sighs, looking up at the ceiling. He's learning rapidly to take things as they come with Lina, as awkward and strange as that makes life. He furrows his brow, thinking, but it all leads back to Ishira, and the ring in his pocket. "Ah!" Reeve says, reaching in another. He pulls out a flute, a tin whistle that's been battered to hell and back. Instead of trying to find something to talk about, he plays a song, making that the subject.

She calmed down some. "You called me Watergate, remember, if I have an idea why can't I remember it?"

Reeve takes his lips away from the flute. It took a lot more work than he let on to let everything go and play, like Nyl used to. "No, I called our little informant, Ishira, that."

"Same concept" she spun around a few times. After a moment she stopped, and seemed to gather herself.
"I just got some backwash... the other way... that's never happened."

"Wanna start making sense for those of us who can't see the big picture?" Reeve asks, nibbling the mouthpiece of his instrument passively.

"They just a few miles away, that way" She pointed "But they're just meeting there, no buildings or labs, or anything else.. and that demon always tries to cause me pain"

"So stay back?" he suggests, although he knows the likelihood of that. "If they're only a few miles away, I can get there myself..."

She nodded "Let's go then"
She shot off on her skates technique.

Iri had never replied to Reeve. And though she has been paying attention to their conversation, it's only loosely. She's been listening to something else. Like a good little nin, she had discreetly left a connection to the Main Dojo. An air spy. It's becoming a habit of hers to leave them in curious places. And so, she's been keeping tabs on the place, perhaps hoping for Kaimen's voice. Instead, though, she hears Tier's voice. Another voice, at first male, that eventually becomes evident as Kansou's voice. She must have been in disguise. And it sounds as though it was she who killed Kaimen. And finally, the voice of that man, Boa Steel.
The Fury is still in her ghostlike form. But her expression is distant and her eyes in the direction of the Main Dojo.
"Uh, uh-oh."
When Lina takes, off, Iri finally seems to come back. She grimaces. "Damn it, this isn't good."

Iri stands there for a moment, thinking to herself. As she thinks, she keeps looking around. First in the direction of her dojo. Then in the direction of the Main Dojo. Finally, she looks up at the sky. She does this a few times. Several things are begging for her attention. Should she go and stay with her students? Or maybe spy on the happenings of Tier, Kansou, and Boa Steel at a closer range? This isn't the most opportune time to set up her surveillance technique, but it needs to be done soon. And then there's Reeve, Dalcon, Lina, and Ishira to worry about. Where to go, then?
For a moment, Iri hangs her head and looks at her feet.
"I'm probably making the wrong decision. I usually do."
Then, with a spike in her energy, Iri dissipates. An air spy leads her, picking up the trail of Lina and Reeve. Why this decision? Well, she's convinced herself that Lina and Reeve are in the most danger. Her students can always high tail it to another location. And Tier and Kansou are there to handle Boa. Though, she's not sure Kansou is on her side anymore. So that might just leave Tier. But, she also needs to find her lost student. So that also takes precedence.
