Ed puffed her chest out. "People just call me Ed," she replied with a sort of pride that wasn't quite easy to label. This Bartre guy seemed familiar, but she couldn't quite place it... She had glimpsed him before, right? It was the same thing all over again with the Oujay guy, except Oujay was new the first time she asked for his name... Bartre had been around for a short while, at the very least.

She looked down, leaving it up to Amara whether or not she wanted to get acquainted with the guy.

(( I'll update it either today or tomorrow, alright? Sorry for not being completely on top of things. <<;; Just in a pretty bad mood at the moment. ))

Amara nodded attentively as Ed began to explain things and point out the different rooms to her. It was all new and exciting to the young girl, and she found herself nearly bouncing as she followed Ed around.

She blinked, looking up at the strange, new guy. "I'm Amara, sir. Alihi's daughter..." She replied, eager to keep on moving and exploring the manor.

((Sorry. Just thought I would see. Didn't know.))

"Well nice to meet you Ed. Should you continue your tour? I'll help as much as I can."

"Hmm.." Ephraim hummed, searching though a drawer for something to re-attach his pendant. He didn't want it sitting in his pocket or pouch for ever, it was a memento of his mother and he would rather have it around his neck (No matter how girly it is) "Well, I'm not goign to find anythign here" failling to find anything, Ephraim left the room, closing it behind him. He looked at the chain once more and shook his head. He only needed to connect both ends of the loop for it to be good. The noble looked around, deciding to look around a bit more.

Amara bounced up and down impatiently. She wanted to keep moving, but they weren't! She swayed back and forth, looking farther down the hall while doing so... and spotted Ephraim, just coming out of his room.

The young girl gasped. "Blue!" She exclaimed excitedly, pointing at Ephraim with a silly grin on her face.

"Huh?" The noble turned, almost making an entire spin until he noticed a little girl at the corner of the hallway. He blinked, pocketing the pendant (for a moment) and slowly approached the little girl. "Blue?" he questioned with a smile. Ephraim didn't mind it but it amused him very much, especially when a cute girl such as herself called it out excitingly. "Your very energetic, may I have the name of this little maiden?" curiously asking. He spotted Batre from the corner of his eye and a woman whom he was talking to.

Amara grinned happily, still pointing at Ephraim. "I... Am Amara!" She said in an overly-dramatic manner. "... I am also Alihi's daughter!" She continued, switching her arms so she was pointing with her other hand now. "Who are you, mister blue?"

((I totally forgot to type that Ephraim knelt down to her level but oh well, lest jsut say he did XD)

Ephraim chuckled. "I am Ephraim, Prince I would say but not in this world" commenting. He smiled once more now that he had officially got to see Alihi's daughter. "Oh! You must be proud, she's a wonderful tactition from what I heard" He tilted his head a little to the side "Are you an only child?"

Amara gasped. "Y-You're a prince?! O-oh! I-I'm so sorry!!" She dropped her arm and tried to fix her dress again, embarrassed. "I-I didn't know you were a prince, sir!!" She exclaimed, head bowed down. In her wildest dreams, the young girl never thought that she would meet a real prince. And now, she did, and she had managed to embarrass herself. "Y-yes, I'm very proud, sir Eph... Eph..." She frowned, unable to correctly pronounce the "raim" part of "Ephraim". Regardless, she nodded when he asked if she was an only child.

"Ah, I probably should have left out the prince part" he thought to himself but it made him smile by her reaction. "No formalities, please, I hate it" chuckling in between sentences. Really he did and the only people he'll tolerate formalities are from his people and...his 'caretakers' but other then that, he tried to avoid it. "Just call me Ephraim, its all right" he noticed her nod when he questioned if she was an only child. "You know, I have a twin sister but she's not here with me." Ephraim commented, digging back into his pocket where his locket was. He clicked it open and showed her both portraits. "Over on the left, her name is Eirika"

Amara gasped but nodded. "A-alright, si-- Eph...raim? Ephraim?" She said, a bit confused on the pronunciation. But she shrugged it off and stepped closer to get a better look at the portraits in the locket. "Ooh... she's really pretty!" She said happily. "I've got pictures in my necklace, too!"

She reached around to the back of her neck and unhooked her necklace. While holding it in the palm of her hand, she opened the locket and showed it to Ephraim.

On the right side was a picture of two people; one was a woman with brown hair, and the other was a man with wild, red hair. The two were hugging each other, each having a grin on their face.
On the left side, there was a picture with four kids, looking to be in their pre-teens. There was a girl with long, brown hair, a guy with short, brown hair, another guy with curly, blond hair, and then a guy with red hair. They were sitting in a circle and looking forward, each wearing a different expression.

"This," She said, pointing to the picture on the right. "is my mommy and daddy. And this is my mommy, uncle, daddy, and one of their friends when they were younger." She continued, pointing at the girl, the brunette guy, the red-headed guy, and then the blond guy on the picture on the left.

Sue heard Melethia mention how she needed someone who could use a bow and arrow. "I... can do just that."

And of course, if worse came to worse, there was her Killing Edge. At the very least, the nomad had her speed, so chances are, she could at least see when Tibarn's strikes would come. "I'm ready... Miss Meletha. We have to turn King Tibarn back as soon as we can... and the others too."

{Gah, I'm so many pages behind. But... this is my post for now.}

"Its a hard name to pronounce so feel fee to shorten it if you wish" Ephraim commented, noticing that the little girl was studdering on the end part. Amara somehow reminded him of Myrrh and it made him wonder how she was hese days. He looked down at he picures and smiled once more "Pretty big family" observing all the ones she poined out "Do you miss them?" wondering if Amara was ever home sick or she was conent with jst being with her mother.

Amara shook her head. "Not really, Ephie. I never knew my daddy or their friend... So for a long time, I only knew of my uncle. It was only recently that I was able to spend time with my mommy..." She gave him a small smile, though tears were forming in her eyes. It was hard for the young girl to talk about her father, especially since she didn't know what happened to him. "I... I can't really miss what I don't know."
