You never heard of Azumanga Diaoh?!?!!! It's an adorable anime/manga series! It's about the high school life for this group of girls, one of which is a 10 year old genius. One of my favorites!
It's from the same guy that made Yotsuba!!!

I got the creepy/smexy eyes from fremere's guard!!! Mine's a first gen, so I'd imagine that'd be the one you'd need.
