Listen up. I understand that you are angry that your friend is in danger, but it was his choice to do what he did. Kuro is an adult and therefore is in charge of his own well-being. That goes for everyone in the organization. The New York Hunter Group is not about babysitting individual persons. This organization is about coming together with one goal in mind. United as one.. we take to the night and dive into the darkness. To make sure that the oblivious have a brighter tomorrow.
Kuro did not ask for help. He went on a mission and is probably paying for it right now. The only thing we can do is hope for the best.
Plus, plenty of hunters go to Las Noches, along with other establishments owned by other races. We can not expect the HIN to warn us every time one of us decides to go dancing.
