Until you at least make sacrifices like Kashrit, you can't go around flaunting a kippah,
You told yourself that? I Agree.
You told yourself that? I Disagree.

It involves cursing with joy, if you were curious.

In that case,

"Don't look down!"

But back to the topic.

People are wrong.

The Bar- Mitzvah does not actually make you a man. It makes you a boy who is responsible for his own good deeds and sins.

It is possible to go through all of life without losing your innocence, though it is very difficult and not practical. Still, many kids are still kids like me who have fallen from innocence before but are still kids.

It IS possible to go through all of life without 'growing up.' Many people never do, even those without, say, learning disorders. You can always be a kid.

But you don't have to be a Catcher in the Rye.

I am not Holden Caulfield.

Though I have seen a copius plethora of simalarities and paralells. Often direct ones. While the public ages up as kids and only then later realizes what they've missed, I have always aged down for as long as I can remember. That's why I'm in my third midlife crisis. My first was at 9, remember?

That's Aspergers syndrome for ya. Above average intelligence but one third of the emotional maturity.I can always be a kid and intend to, though it will be tough on my emotions sometimes.

Such is my view.

And now I'm melancholy... no, I just feel mostly empty.

I feel just like one of my favourite songs:

And now I'm wondering about shaving for some reason. It was once part of my normal routine, but now I'm second-guessing all things that a newborn baby wouldn't do. Should I continue? Is the man who does not shave more young than the clean-shaven man? That is, boy, for me.

At least this is the easiest midlife crisi yet... the first two were mroe about crying and panicking, but this one is more about contemplation and just wondering....

Ironically, it seems like the more adult way of handling it.

But I am NEVER losign my imaginary friends. I intend to be hanging with them in Gan Eden in centuriees to come...

I feel as though I should somehow mark time by putting my youth into these posts for later (like how I filled a container with essence of 2006 one New Year's- Did I mention I HATE New Year's? ), but of course that will purely mean that I will be storing my current self becuase I will be a different person later. People always talk about how you can become a different person and how you're not always the same person as you started. But I am always the same person and always will be.
