Rufus took the paper and scanned it. He put the case on the ground and stepped back.
Taking a deep breath, he stomped his foot, launching a rock about the size of his head into the air. It went about twenty feet up before dropping on the case, crushing the locks and indeed, the case.
"Check it," Rufus said as he took a knee.

A strange-looking sticker that resembled a Christmas present. A watermarked SE was barely visible on the bow.
"That's the one," Rufus said, picking it up. "Let's get going."
He stood. "Where did we park again?"

Rufus nodded slowly. "Yeah...that'll work..." He stumbled towards the nearest car and tried to open the locked door.
The Guardians came into the town. "Where are we going?" Hyro asked, driving more slowly through the town.

Anatoly removed the lock by shorting its electronics by condensing liquid within the system. The locks opened.
"Shall we?" he asked. "I'll drive so you can rest."

"Yeah...yeah," Rufus said, collapsing in the back seat.
The Guardians saw the square and came driving in. "What the hell..." Hyro murmured. His eye caught a car as it began to move away. He maneuvered to follow.

Anatoly pulled out and watched in his mirror.
"A car is following us," he informed them. "Unless I'm being paranoid. I'm not sure." He kept his eye intently on the mirror. He had a fully-charged Skulltap ready and waiting for the second he saw the other driver's eyes in the mirror.

Unfortunately for Anatoly, Hyro was so timid that he wouldn't even make eye contact indirectly.
"That's them," he said softly. "Can anyone here stop them?"

"s**t, I'm sure the guy knows what I have," Anatoly grumbled. "He's deliberately avoiding looking near my mirrors or my face. Here's hoping I'm a better driver than I've thought I am..." He gunned the hovercar's vertical propulsion, shooting up dangerously into a higher lane of traffic and through it to the third, highest lane.

"I'll take a shot," Nathan said, rolled down his window, charged up a fireball, and released it into the rear-right tire. That was probably most of the power he had, but he hadn't expected to accomplish anything in the first place, so disabling the vehicle was more than he could hope for. If it came to it, he figured the vehicle was weapon enough.

Depends on how the hovercars hover, really.))
Anatoly activated the air brake and swerved, allowing the fireball to pass by them. He backed down to the middle traffic level and tried to get over the other car.

Anatoly slammed the vertical acceleration as he got over the Guardian car, launching it down at their top at speeds usually reserved for avoiding collisions.
