Edward walked into is own personal living quarters in the RCS, which is on the third floor, all the way in the back of the building.

After finishing his work he decided to stop by his home in the village before setting out on rounds.

Edward had finally dug up some information he could. What he found did clear up a lot of questions he had, but raised more.

Abilities: By simple looking at a person, she can know their name at the very least. She can make people very un-easy, and usually can send strong rushes of emotion into them with just a glance.
Personality/Background: Her name, Kirai - was given to her by a care taker. She can't remember anything that happened to her before the age of ten. When she awoke, her first thoughts were, "Who am I...? I am.... kirai- hate..." She was raised in a castle, her keeper was a tall slinder man, who was very aristocratic in actions words and his lifestyle. It was always cold, and although he taught her self control and manners, he never taught her morality or any emotion of love twords others. After many years, they left. He kept her blindfolded, and when she awoke hours later in the construction site, he was gone. Being sheltered all of her life, having everything and then suddenly having nothing... she grew to hate the world, all the violence, all the cruelity... that is when she, one night, was saved by a member of the Red Cross. At the time, she had not had any experience that let her know she was a Strigoii, and they did not know either. So she joined, but it wasn't long after that they discovered at the same time she did exactly what she was. They hunted and nearly killed her; she was saved by a person by the name of Banshi (certain death/angel love is what the name means). All the talk of love and for the good of humanity was just a cruel cover-up from the group she decided... About a year later, a member by the name of Edward took control of the Red Cross, but it was already too late. Kirai met Kenomi, and joined the group that would soon be known as the Black Cross. Here, she recieved her new name and empty life, being named for becoming the opposite of everything she had wanted - wrath. Her hobbies are making dolls, reading, and enjoying life rather quietly.

"Hmm... I have a feeling we are going to have trouble with the Black Cross. I knew there were rebels from what I have done, but now things are getting out of hand." he took the information and put it in a file and locked it for safe keeping.

"Come in." he was smiling, he always seemed to cheer up when she was near. "I think there is trouble ahead of us. I was visited at my home by a strange woman." he opened up the file and pulled out a folder. He slid the folder across his desk. "I was able to get this much on her."

"Yes." he sighed. "I knew there were rebels from when I took over, and changed this place. I would never have thought that they would have gotten this organized."

He sat down. "The RCS was once a Society that worked for just the human race. Helping any human in need weather they were good, or evil. The hunted Vampires, and Werewolves alike. It is a horrible blight on our past. I worked for them then, because they had saved my life. I was able to take over, eventually changing this place into what it is today. Some people don't agree with what I have done. They are the rebels I spoke of. Appearently they have banded together again." he was silent then.

"What we have been doing. Keep patrolling, watch for changes, protect the innocent." he sighed. "We may have to put off the exploration of Haven till a later point." Edward got up and started pacing. "I don't know how I am going to be able to protect Lily and everyone else." he said quietly almost to himself.
