well i doubt there is such a thing as biarchy, since you either have the presence or absence of a monarchy.

Then that would lead to a battle for supremecy. Think of it as the War of the Lions from FFT. In the Triarchy, my guess is that each faction would want to be sole ruler. Unless they do it like in Underworld where each get a set amount of time to rule.

And we all know how well THAT turned out.
Takes one incorrectly set alarm clock to screw up that mission.
Plus we don't live for eons rolleyes so we'd all just end up screwing the people with constant policy changes etc.
