ooc: moving, so if i don't post for a long time please don't kick me out or something >< it's taking forever and we'll also be going to Washington State for my brother wedding so i don't know when i'll be on next. my internet will be going off soon but i don't know for how long. "Thanks for being worried about me. . . Wow, this has left me feeling really ignorant. See, I've been traveling for the past two years, and I've never been here before, or heard of "the brotherhood". To be perfectly honest, I've only heard of the institute once, and was told to come check it out. So I really don't know about anything here." He frowned, and looked at the girl. "So. . . could you please explain what's going on with those two? And what did you mean 'besides my personal opinion that mutants and humans wont ever get along..?'" He asked looking at her.

Noko looked back over at wanda and the other mutant girl. " This girl apparently stopped wanda from killing her brother pietro." at jamies shocked look she waved her hand." Its a looooonnnng story and something your probably better not knowing. Just know that wanda is powerful and stay off her bad side." Looking back she could see wanda toying with the girl. Almost like a cat with a mouse before the cat ate it." The institute and brotherhood differ in one basic thought so to speak. The institute believes that humans and Mutants can eventually live in peace and co exist. The brotherhood thinks the opposite. THat that will never happen. "

"Hmm. . ." Jamie took a long look at the sky before looking back at the girl. "Wow. So. . ." Jamie tried to think of something to say, but couldn't. "That's so different than where I'm from. All the mutants there stayed to themselves and hoped to god no one found out you where a mutant." Are there really people who think it's possible to get along with, or even be friends with regular peopel? "Thank you so much for your help, and quite possibly saving my life." He said and grinned. "By the way, I'm Jamie Nash."

Ginko Kitsune Regina stood and looked around, then frowned at the sighte. "It's Wanda... But I don't think she's the one causing problems. She's in a daze, but it doesn't look like she's going nuts on everyone around. It's like a mob formed and they're the ones fighting it out, not her." One thing Regina knew, was that she could read the occurences after they happened. It came with being an anthropologist and always having to figure out the aftermath of how something got where it did. And then why... "Sure, we'll take the stuff to the house..." Regina answered, hopping down again. "I don't have much loyalty toward them.. but maybe you should help. I'd just get in the way and she always seems to get pissed at me when I do." With that, Regina and Reese gathered the things from the trunk and somehow made it back to the Institute without dropping anything. Reese looked nervous, being at the x-mansion, the house of the 'others.' "Regina, are you sure this is ok? I mean, wanting to come with you and everything?"

Skarlet's mind went into a frenzy of emotion; Wanda was toying with her. NO! I will not allow my emotions to control me... Damn you!... Oh God, is she going to kill me? I do not wish to die... not that it would matter anyway. Life, death, who cares?
Skarlet fell to a heap on the ground, with her own powers turned against her... she was dangerous. Up and down her emotions drove her, each time creating a small ripple effect that slowly grew. Using all her strength and will-power, Skarlet focused herself on escaping. Dragging heself up off the ground she made a mad dash for the forest. Seclusion... I need seclusion. Her head was beginning to pound, and she wasn't even close to her destination yet. She ran, but the road only seemed to be growing. She couldn't make it. Instead, her entire body just gave out, as she slipped into an unconscious state. Please let this be far enough... was her final thought before diving into the road.
She knew what would happen once her subconscious had control of her power. She would begin to toy with anyone in her range. Her mind searched for any sign of emotion near her, and found a nearby retirement home. So many desperately lonely people should not be forced to live through illness...
It had begun.
ooc: no worries, inuki. i can work with anything you throw at me. anyways, our characters make perfect enemies. smile what better way to introduce my character than to start a war.... heh-heh

Reese chuckled. "Well, I don't mind talking about them, I just have some strong opinions, that's all." He seemed to think of something, then said, "Hey, it may do the X-Men some good to hear the other side of the story once in a while."

"Maybe..." Regina shrugged. "TNL didn't seem to share my beliefs... seems like they've all lead pretty normal lives other than some minor problems. It's a little annoying."

He laughed with her, the first genuine laugh he'd had in a very long time, and it felt good, and made him feel better, more confident somehow. Maybe things weren't so bad after all...He smiled at her.

Regina smiled back and felt a kind of relief come from him.
Once they reached the mansion she realized that there was a ruckus. A woman with red hair approached them as they entered.
"You must be Regina... and a friend?" Jean Grey asked, eyeing the man with all of the camping supplies in his arms.
"Reese." Regina finished for her. "I was hoping he could come on the camping trip with us... with Phenix and the others..."
"It will be me and the others... Phenix... had some business to attend to." Jean admitted with a sad smile. "But he is welcome to come if he does not mind dealing with younger mutants. Please set the supplies here, we'll be leaving sometime tomorrow."
"Okay..." Regina wasn't sure how to respond to that really but after reese set the camping gear down they went outside. "How odd..."
