((oops.. I wanted this in my last post damn it >.< oh well, I'll make sense out of it now.))
Derrick had been working furiously quick and in the matter of a few moments, he had already managed to get a steam-kettle to begin heating over a hotplate. He guessed that the stove would be in the kitchen. He didn't feel like intruding that far. "Oh my, how rude of me!" The raccoon suddenly exclaimed as he whipped back around to face the group, mainly Dimitri and Yue. "I'm derrick. Pleasure.." He grinned a big, cheesy grin and extended a paw out to the first one whom might take it.

Yue take hold of Derrick's paw and gives it a warm shake. blaugh "Sorry if I startled you earlier, Derrick. I'm just moved not to far away from here and I was hoping that there may be a job opening."

Derrick smiled and let the fur's paw go, taking a good look around the cafe. "I'm not the one in charge here or anything.. But this place sure could use some real help." There was hardly anyone other than the group of furs around him and the two that he had mistakenly left at his table. Waiters? Forget about it. "That's for sure."

"Oh, I see, well if there's anything I can help with until the owner shows up, I'll be happy to help out!" Yue takes the seat next to the fox. He props his chin up with both paws and looks at him. "And what's your name, Mr. Fox, " he asks with a wink.

"Heh, I'm not looking for work though.. No sir. I've got priorities." Derrick glanced past the fox to the table with Joahns and Nurren sitting at it. He stared longingly at Nurren, wishing that the tea would hurry up and finish brewing. "So, I didn't catch your na-.." Derrick was cut off by the high-pitched whistle of steam shooting from the tea kettle. Wish granted. "Ah, wonderful.. Let me grab your drink." He turned away with a cheer smile and began to pour Dimitri's tea.

"Ahh, smells wonderful, thank you. And I'm Dimitri, Dimitri Luger." He said, nodding and inhaling deeply. "For someone not looking for a job, you sure make a convincing employee my friend." Dimitri said with a sip of the hot tea. "Mmm, and you brew a fine cuppa'."

With a quick blush, he sat smiling to himself as he watched Derrick pour the tea. Glancing over his shoulder his shoulder, he caught sight of 2 other patrons in the cafe; not including those he was sitting with. "Hey, Dimitri? Is it always so........" Yue couldn' quite bring himself to say it.

"Empty? Heh, in all honesty, this is my first time in here. I was just wandering through, walking off the results of my most recent ... exploit." Dimitri said as he absently rubbed his left leg, "how about you, how did you come to find this cafe?"

"Well, I'm actually looking for some," Yue replies, looking into his cup as memories seem to ripple across it's surface. His shoulders slightly drop, but much to slow to be noticed. Looking up at Dimitri, he simply smiled and said, "I moved here because this is the last place he was seen, but when i got here, he was gone and right now I'm just looking around. Guess I'm trying to decide if I should stay." He looks back at Dimitri with a smile. "So what's your story?"

"Heh, well, I'm a bit of a ... researcher. My most recent work had to be performed on myself, a general lack of test subjects." Dimitri said, staring at the warped reflection of the cafe in the tea kettle. "Unfortunately there was a bit of a uh, backfire, still trying to figure out exactly what went wrong, haven't slept in three days because of it in fact. You said you were looking for someone?" he blinked to break his concentration on the distorted cafe of the reflection.
