It was the Celebi from the Pokémon Journey Across America Tour, OT 10 ANIV, ID # 00010. The one my brother got was Rash natured, but the one I got on the GTS is Quirky. :]
He drove for an hour & a half to get to the place where they were giving Celebi. He's devoted. I would've gone if I wasn't sick, but I missed out on Latios. Dx
I cried for days.

I cried for days. Yeah, I was worried about that too, but my brother was so happy to have another Celebi, I just couldn't get rid of it. Especially since it was his favorite nature. Besides, I refuse to worry about something when I don't even know how to check for that type of thing. It's impossible to know whether a pokemon was cloned or not.
