She hugged Shion back. "I won't let anything ever happen to you, even if it costs me my life." Ayane ran her hand through Shion's hair, holding her close.
"I guess I have to hold my end up, huh? Well, let see now...oh yeah...after my hand and chest accident, one of the guards visited me to make sure I wasn't dead. He accidentally left a music box in my cell. It was supposed to be a birthday present for his daughter. That song I hummed earlier. That was the song in the music box. When they found out. They asked for it back. But I refused to give it up. After all, I found it. All day and all night, I sat in complete darkness, listening to the song. It calmed me down. They finally opened the cell to get it. I stood at the door and held on to that box like my life depended on it. They promised me a similar one. But I still haven't gotten it. When i gave it up, I remembered the song and hummed it over and over again. It kept me from losing my mind. I've always loved that song. But it seems you hate it. Mind if I ask why?" "

"If you sang the song now i wouldn't run, its not as scary now i guess, I wouldn't mind singing it again"

After Shion jumped into the water, Jon brought the boat to full stop and cut the engine completely. Not about to leave her behind...
As the two were conversing, Jon decided to go below deck and get something from the icebox. He searched the cabin for anything drinkable, and stumbled upon a vintage bottle of sparkling white wine.
"This has gotta be worth a fortune," Jon thought out loud. Oh well, I'm having some.
He dropped a few ice cubes into a glass, following that up with a small amount of wine. Bringing the glass to his lips, he remembered the last time he had any type of alcohol, back when he was only 17. He and his bandmates had had a successful gig, and one of them brought whiskey, so it was shots all around.
"This wine isn't as powerful as whiskey," Jon chuckled, "but it's a good way to celebrate new friends. Bottoms up!" He took a sip and his face lit up. Delicious. Vintage wine, how I love thee...

Shion ducked her head to see what jon was doing
"Whats that?"
She used her vectors to grab the bottle of wine
"A drink? Bottums up!"
Shion drank over half the bottle
"mmm taste funny"
Shion put the bottle down and started to hiccup
"Hic.. Ow.. Hic.. Ow.. Hic..Ow.."
Shions face blushed as she walked back over to ayane slipping and falling on her butt next to her
"This wont end with a good day now.. Hic"

Shion drank over half the bottle "mmm taste funny" Shion put the bottle down and started to hiccup "Hic.. Ow.. Hic.. Ow.. Hic..Ow.." Shions face blushed as she walked back over to ayane slipping and falling on her butt next to her "This wont end with a good day now.. Hic" Jon held his hand out in an attempt to stop her, but it was too late. "Dammit Shion, you're not supposed to drink it like that," he muttered quietly to himself. He poured a bit more wine into his glass and opened the cabinet where he found it, only to find three more bottles of the exact same wine. Excellent.

Shion was laying on the floor staring up at the moon
"Oh man in the moon don't eat my sooouuulll~"
Shion took her arm and covered her eyes
"My head hurts.. I promise never to drink that stuff agaaiinn!!"
Shion fell asleep on the floor still hiccuping

I promise never to drink that stuff agaaiinn!!" Shion fell asleep on the floor still hiccuping Jon sipped on his wine and laughed at Shion. "You're hopeless. Y'know that?" He picked Shion up and brought her below deck, setting her carefully onto the sofa. He searched for (and found) a pillow, then covered her with the blanket that was draped over the chair. "Sweet dreams."

Shion woke up, her eyes were half closed and her signal was not the same
"Where are we shion..?"
"On a boat.. you cant kill here so why take over me..?"
"Fine.. But when we are neer people im going to have fun"
"Just dont hurt anyone i love.."
"I'll only kill those who deserve it"
"Isnt that everyone mion?"
Shion giggled to her self
"Hope you dont know anyone in that city"
Shion went up and sat by the edge of the boat looking at the city
"Im going to have fun.."

Jon sat in the chair and closed his eyes once again, falling into a state of slumber. Hope all goes well...
Jon opened his eyes and saw that he was in the same clearing as before, staring down the very same masked figure as before.
"You again." Jon grit his teeth. The figure chuckled.
"I recall telling you I would get you when you least expected it. Did I not?" His sinister gaze would not intimidate Jon. Not in the slightest.
"You won't be getting me. Not now, not ever." Jon stood straight and relaxed himself. He heaved a sigh, and the figure smiled.
"Worry not, my dear boy. You won't have to worry about me until the opportune time. Watch yourself until then. I have much in store for you." His cackle echoed, and he disappeared.
Jon woke up in a cold sweat, gasping for air. What does...he mean, by 'opportune time?' What does he have in store?
He looked around for Shion, but she was nowhere to be found. She must have woken up. I'd better check outside. Opening the door, he noticed Shion sitting by the edge of the boat.
"Did you sleep well?"

"How long until we reach the city?"
Shion turned her back and faced the water, she started chopping the fish she passed heads off.
"this will do until the humans get a chance.."

Grim sat in a grassy field under a tree bored out of his mind...
Damit all to hell...sigh...
So bored the only thing he could think to do was count the leafs on the tree...

Jon sat in his seat and buckled up, turning the key.
"Not long now." He pressed the ignition button and the engine roared to life. Easing the throttle lever forward, he carefully turned the boat towards the city. Maybe I can get some new clothes...
