*pouts* "Aww. Not even if it meant getting to go on a quest, fighting extremely strong opponents just to get phoenix tears?"

Mello knew she was just tempting her to come but even if she knew she wouldn't come, company wouldn't really hurt, right? She knew she was ahead for a dangerous quest to search for phoenix tears.
Looking smug for a moment, she knew she could defeat those monsters on her own. She shook her head, trying to shake away her sudden prideful thoughts.

"However exciting as it may seem to both of us, I can't go."

Kat looked at the direction of the door before jumping of the table. She mumbled something to herself as she walked towards the door.
[Kat]
"... oto-sama."
[OoC]
Kat didn't seem very pleased, but she hoped with wasn't too obvious. Sure, her rival teacher from Yang knew her since they were students, but now was not the time to talk... at least to Kat.
She didn't want to think... nor did she want to talk.
What she had to do now was the only thing she should focus on. Besides... her father wouldn't approve of wasting time.

*puts back green notebook and her pen in bag*
"I have to go inform the board about this and then my students..."
*thinks for a moment*
"...and then maybe make a training menu for them while I'm gone so they'd have things to do."
*grins*
"Then I'll make the Special Red Juice just in case they don't wanna do it!"
*laughs to herself*

So it was obvious. Kat can hide in the shadows, but she can't hide some other things? She sighs and looks at Mello.

*closes her eyes after staring*
"That's none of my concern, though. That's yours alone, and maybe your students."
*reopens her eyes*
"Hey, my very happy and energetic rival, you already know this but there's one thing I can't beat you at."
*turns to head again for the door*
"It's laughing."
'I can't laugh like you at all. I can only laugh when I win a fight, not when something... "fun" comes up.'
"Ah well. I'll see you around."
*exits the room*
