why does everyone bother using pm and am? 00:00-23:59 covers the whole thing. Everyone would always know exactly what time everyone means.

English. Writing and revising letters, doing some journal writing on a poem that is okay, and documenting the revision process. I am still writing the letters. but the revision and documentation should be easy.
